As International Client Advisors and European Economic Area Specialists we are part of a select group of Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors authorized to work with clients living in every jurisdiction where the firm operates. Additionally, we focus on helping American clients move overseas, particularly to Europe and Latin America.
We have deep knowledge of the markets we serve and speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

About Solaria Perez-Stepanov
Solaria believes in doing well by doing good. Through a mindful process of listening carefully, employing empathy, understanding a client’s financial needs and values, she creates financial roadmaps and provides forthright advice. By putting her client’s vision of a fulfilling life at the front and center, she and her team work hard to help clients achieve their financial goals and build legacies for their families. Integrity and transparency are key tenets of her team’s philosophy.
At Morgan Stanley Solaria is a designated International Client Advisor, enabling her to work with clients living outside of the United States. She understands multi-jurisdictional challenges and helps clients navigate cross-border intricacies. As a European Economic Area Specialist, she helps U.S. citizens relocate to Europe.
As a Senior Portfolio Management Director, she manages diversified portfolios including a Women in Leadership Portfolio, and a Green Portfolio.
Solaria serves on the Morgan Stanley National Diversity and Inclusion Council. She gives back to her community by promoting financial literacy, including teaching a class to high school seniors on the basics of saving and investing. She volunteers with Summer Search, a non-profit for disadvantaged at-risk youth, the very same organization that she is deeply grateful for helping to change the course of her life when she was a teenager.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2010, Solaria worked in the Investment Banking divisions at JPMorgan and BNP Paribas. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Born and raised in Mexico City, she lives in the Bay Area with her family. In her downtime she enjoys yoga and spending time with her baby Maximus and husband Alexander. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

About Ross D. Pearlman
Ross helps clients make smart investment and financial decisions based on uncompromising integrity, trust, and personalized service. He arranges their financial affairs in an efficient and effective way; to preserve their capital and obtain risk-adjusted returns consistent with their financial objectives; and, most importantly, to help them achieve their financial goals.
Ross has a loyal client following due to his acumen and ability to manage money in dynamic economic environments. Ross has managed portfolios and guided clients through some of the best times in market history, as well as some of the more difficult, including the Dot-Com bubble in 2000 and the 2008 Financial Crisis.
Born and raised in Chicago, Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Arizona State University. Upon graduating, Arizona had captured his heart and decided to move there to start his career in the financial services industry. After spending 12 years as Financial Advisor, Ross joined Morgan Stanley in 2007.
He currently resides in Scottsdale where he is an avid cyclist and snowboarder. In his downtime Ross enjoys spending time with his miniature Dachshund and his 92-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback, exploring food, and traveling the world. While he no longer cycles competitively, Ross remains a frequent participant in charitable cycling events as a way to give back.

About Philip Horowitz
With over 24 years in the industry, Philip brings extensive experience working with individuals and families of significant affluence. His diverse clientele includes entrepreneurs, individuals with newly acquired wealth, and investors with highly concentrated equity positions.
As a CFP®, Certified Financial Planner, Philip provides the holistic approach required by the Silicon Valley executive. Such client may hold highly concentrated equity positions that may be restricted, highly illiquid and hold significant tax consequences, making it difficult to diversify and access their value. Philip offers clients the strategic guidance and sophisticated strategies necessary to help them gain flexible access.
Philip treats each client as his only client, he begins by listening carefully to understand what is important to the client and then develops a customized financial blueprint designed to achieve financial success. Clients appreciate his ability to deeply listen to them and then provide action steps to address their specific financial needs. Integrity and transparency and key tenants of his approach.
In line with The Solaria Group’s philosophy of making the world a better place, Philip is a champion of values-based investing. He provides clients access to Morgan Stanley’s Institute of Sustainable Investing, enabling his clients to advance their environmental, social and governance causes. As an Alternative Investments Director, he focuses on manager due diligence and provides clients, access to Morgan Stanley’s exclusive Alternative Investments platform.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2014 Philip was at both the Vanguard Group and Wentworth, Hauser and Violich Inc., an Investment Advisor Firm. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science and a double major in accounting and finance. As a way to give back to the community he volunteers at his daughter’s school and at the Samaritan House and Second Harvest Food Bank. In his spare time he enjoys to travel, playing and watch sports, as well as reading. He lives in San Carlos with his wife and his two daughters.
About Jose Delmedico
Jose’s extensive experience working with clients from around the world has informed his global investment views. Most of his clients are from Argentina, where he is from, as well as Uruguay, Mexico and other Latin American countries. Jose also works with families from Spain, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, and other European countries. He and his team work closely with legal and tax advisors abroad and provide clients access to a network of skilled international professionals.
Jose’s early career in Argentina was in retail banking. He also managed the finances of his family’s business. In 1990 Jose and his family moved to the United States and for the next decade Jose served as Director of Praxis International Art where he launched and managed a fine art business in New York City. Presented by the opportunity to expand his advisory relationship with ultra-high net worth globally-focused clients, he joined UBS as a financial advisor in 2001. Jose subsequently worked at Merrill Lynch before joining Morgan Stanley in 2014.
Jose speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. He continues to follow and remain active in the art world, taking part in museum exhibitions, art fairs and auctions. He also enjoys the performing arts. Jose travels extensively, for both work and pleasure, throughout Latin America and Europe. He lives in New York City.
About Karl Christman
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Karl held various roles with other financial industry firms as well as spent more than a decade in IT Agile Project Delivery. He currently holds his Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations and licenses. Karl holds his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University with a concentration in International Business.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Karl now resides in Phoenix with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and attending live music concerts.
About Adolfo Diaz
Adolfo is proficient in managing and streamlining operations with the goal to always enhance the client experience. His demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, his friendly demeanor and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds enable him build client relationships founded on trust, transparency and effective communication.
Fluent in English and Spanish Adolfo enjoys working with both our domestic and international clients.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2024, Adolfo held administrative roles at One Capital Management LLC and First Republic in the Private Wealth Management division.
Adolfo holds a B.A in Sociology from UC Berkeley. He is current on his SIE, Series 7, 66 registrations and licenses.
Originally from Alabama Adolfo now resides in San Francisco. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, practicing yoga, and spending time with his cats Antonio and Alma.

About Alex Delgadillo
Alex began his career in financial services in 2010, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he worked as a Private Client Advisor for J.P. Morgan.
Alex graduated from Arizona State University and Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Alex lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his family. Outside of work, Alex enjoys film production, stand-up comedy, and tennis. Some organizations that he supports include the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, Phoenix Sister Cities, Detour Theatre Company, and Cowtown SKATE.
