Meet The Queally Waxman Angell Wealth Management Group
About Kevin Queally
As a licensed investment professional and Financial Advisor for nearly four decades, Kevin Queally believes that customization is the key to any successful investment strategy and wealth plan. Kevin relies on his years of experience in order to identify any blind spots that may exist in a current plan, and fill them in accordance with the unique needs of each and every client.
Kevin began his career after graduating from Boston College with a double major in Accounting and Finance, where he also captained the college’s golf team. Starting as an accountant at Ernst & Whinney, he quickly learned the importance of attention to detail and tax-efficiency in financial matters. These skills would prove invaluable as he transitioned to financial advisory in 1986 at Merrill Lynch, where he began to utilize them in creating comprehensive plans for wealthy clients. These strategies include considerations for estate planning strategies, philanthropy, succession of assets, and the unique legal and regulatory rules that apply to executives and other high net worth individuals and families. Kevin would later join Morgan Stanley in 2008, where he continues to help guide clients through making difficult financial decisions with ease.
Over his career, this commitment to clients has led Kevin to constantly seek out new avenues through which he can expand his level of service. He has maintained his status as a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Kevin completed the education, experience, and examination requirements to become a Chartered Retirement Planning Councilor (CRPC), as well as the intensive training needed to become a Family Wealth Director and Dedicated Equity Plan Specialist at Morgan Stanley. In 2020, Kevin was selected as a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Institutional Player Financial Advisor.
This dedication to clients has not gone without commendation. Kevin has been recognized consistently throughout his career for excellence in client service, including being named as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor by Forbes in 2018-2024.
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid golfer and skier. He is also the founder and co-chairman of the New England area Teammates of Kids charitable organization and is on the Friends Council for Families First Parenting. He lives in Weston, Massachusetts with his wife, The Honorable Jennifer D. Queally, who is a Massachusetts State Judge, and their four children.

2Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Morgan Stanley does not provide tax or legal advice. Individuals are encouraged to consult their tax and legal advisors (a) before establishing a Retirement Account, and (b) regarding any potential tax, ERISA and related consequences of any investments or other transactions made with respect to a Retirement Account. Individuals should consult their tax advisor for matters involving taxation and tax planning and their attorney for matters involving trust and estate planning, charitable giving, philanthropic planning and other legal matters.
12The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
13Alternative Investments are speculative and include a high degree of risk. An investor could lose all or a substantial amount of his/her investment. Alternative investments are appropriate only for qualified, long-term investors who are willing to forgo liquidity and put capital at risk for an indefinite period of time.

Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information.
