My Story and Services

Molly Slowe is a Financial Advisor with the Queally Waxman Angell Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. With a desire to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals, she leverages her understanding of financial markets, investments, and strategies along with the resources of broader Morgan Stanley to help tailor bespoke financial plans for her clients. Through her work, Molly aims to build long lasting relationships with her clients, while helping to guide them through life stages. Furthermore, she is passionate about increasing financial literacy and independence, particularly for women. The daughter of an entrepreneur, Molly had early exposure to business management. She admired her father's work ethic and business knowledge and eventually worked with him to better understand the inner workings of a client-first, relationships-based practice, obtaining invaluable knowledge that she takes forward in her current role with the team.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Molly spent time at SPDR ETFs on an internal sales desk working with other Financial Advisors. She graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management from the Carroll School of Management. Molly currently holds her Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Life, Variable and Health Insurance licenses.

A former Division 1 athlete of Boston College's ice hockey team, Molly enjoys staying active outside of work. She is an avid golfer and loves to run, play pickleball, and read in her free time. Molly is also a member of the Boston College GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Leadership council and serves on the Young Professionals Board at Team Impact.

Approach

Discovery Process
Investing the time to learn about you and your family; your assets and liabilities and the risk exposures, enables us to formulate strategies and customize the relationship to your needs.
Formulation of Tax, Trust and Estate Strategy
Working with your tax and legal advisors, we help analyze your income and estate tax circumstances to identify and tailor planning techniques that may be used to address your objectives.
Creation of Customized Strategic Asset Allocation
Your customized asset allocation reflects risk, opportunities and taxation across multiple entities, while integrating your investing and estate plans.
Integration of Tactical Asset Allocation
Short-term adjustments seek to capitalize on temporary market distortions. Before making adjustments, we analyze the impact of taxes and trading costs on potential returns.
Implementation of a Customized Wealth Strategy
After comprehensive due diligence and analysis of expected results across multiple market scenarios, strategies are chosen from our expansive investment platform.
Ongoing Assessment
In coordination with your other advisors, we can conduct ongoing reviews and comprehensive reporting to ensure that your strategy adapts to changing financial and family needs.

Family Office Resources

My team, the Queally Waxman Angell Group, alongside broader Morgan Stanley works to deliver the full range of expertise to help address different aspects of your financial life: strategies to invest assets, but also to mitigate taxes, transfer wealth, enhance philanthropic impact, reduce family conflict, and manage the affluent lifestyle.

    Philanthropic Advisory
Believing that philanthropy must be more than checkbook writing. Involved and engaged donors want to feel a connection and offer advice and input above and beyond money. Perhaps you want to use philanthropy to instill values in your children, or you want to apply your business acumen to philanthropy. Maybe it is the grassroots-type of organizations that inspire you. Holding philanthropic conversations with our team and your family to discuss values, motivations, visions, and to develop a mission statement is an effective step to achieving long term philanthropic engagement. Deciding on what level of visibility you want, what type of program to support, and how long you envision your involvement to last, are your matters that matter to us.

Your Trust & Estate strategy has the potential to be incredibly powerful if executed effectively. My team, the Queally Waxman Angell Group, and I are here to discuss various tax, trust, and estate strategies with you and your external tax and legal advisors to help facilitate implementation of those strategies. Our goal is to provide you with strong analysis and communication of your complex situation, tailored to your unique needs to help quantify the gravity of making or not making a decision.
