About Justin Wellen

Justin is a Managing Director, Global Sports and Entertainment Director, Institutional Consultant, and Financial Advisor with Graystone Consulting at Morgan Stanley located in Newtown Square, PA.

Morgan Stanley’s Global Sports & Entertainment is a highly specialized wealth management division, dedicated to serving the unique and complex needs of NFL coaches & players, PGA professionals, MLB players and their business advisors/agents.

Justin has access to customized resources and programs, including asset and liability management, philanthropic and lifestyle advisory services, family governance and financial planning, insurance, investment banking services and private equity solutions.

In his work with institutions, Justin assists organizations with investment policy, asset allocation, and investments. About Jeffrey M. Palmer

Jeff Palmer is a Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Management Director, Global Sports and Entertainment Director, Institutional Consultant, and Financial Advisor at Graystone Consulting at Morgan Stanley. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, he serves institutional clients, as well as a select group of individual clients, mainly those that are professional investors, entrepreneurs, sports team owners and others in sports and entertainment, individuals practicing in the healthcare sector, as well as retirees.

Coming from a family of physicians and raised with the mindset of caring for others, Jeff enjoys building long term relationships, helping clients identify their goals, and creating investment portfolios around their specific objectives. He is a strong believer in collaborative relationships, and views his role in wealth management as that of a problem solver.

As a Senior Portfolio Management Director, Jeff manages various discretionary equity strategies, ranging from core equity, to dividend growth equity, and sustainable equity investing, which are exclusive to clients at Morgan Stanley.

Jeff earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Westminster College in Fulton, MO. While at Westminster, he was part of the founding group of the Blue Blazers Investment Committee, an organization that allows students to experience investing in the stock market firsthand by acting as stock analysts and portfolio managers. This early foundational experience in research and portfolio management led Jeff to begin his career in financial services immediately upon graduation, and since then he has risen to become a Senior Portfolio Management Director.

In his work with institutions, Jeff advises organizations as part of Graystone Consulting, Morgan Stanley’s elite team serving institutional investors. He uses cutting-edge analytics and extensive research to prepare investment policy statements, custom asset allocation models and thoughtful portfolio strategies to serve the complex needs of clients.

Jeff lives in Dedham, MA with his wife Anna, a company founder, CEO, and venture capitalist, and their son Lawton. They are actively involved in community outreach. Jeff serves in a leadership role at his local church and chairs the Business Advisory Council at the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress. He is also a Board member of Boston Scores, which helps urban youth build essential life skills and character through soccer and team-based enrichment programs. About Patrick R. Donnelly

Patrick Donnelly is an Executive Director and Institutional Consulting Director with Graystone Consulting, a division of Morgan Stanley. Patrick graduated from Bradley University, earning a BS in Business Administration. About Roderick Poore

Roderick Poore is a Senior Vice-President and Financial Advisor with over 24 years of financial service and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in late 2002, he spent the early years of his career at Merrill Lynch. And before his financial services career, he spent 15 years involved in the ministry and social work. He has a B.S. (cum laude) from the Pennsylvania State University, and a MDiv (with distinction) from Westminster Theological Seminary.

The son of a successful attorney, Roderick learned early on the importance of understanding the needs of a client, and giving sound advice toward the achievement of a particular goal. As an athlete, Roderick learned the valuable lessons of a strong work ethic, as well as teamwork. In the ministry, these skill sets were further developed, and augmented with the theme of compassion, in dealing with a clientele that crossed both economic and social lines of division.

Roderick's practice focusses on a wide variety of financial and investment services, including retirement planning, 401k rollovers, college planning, estate planning, tax efficient investment strategies, and investment portfolio management. About Michael Rifkin

Mike Rifkin is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He has over 30 years of investment industry experience, starting at Shearson American Express, which later transformed into Smith Barney
and Morgan Stanley.

As the youngest of four siblings, Mike adopted two guiding principles early in life that have served him well both personally and professionally. First, he realized that the foundation of success is based on making sound decisions; and second, it all starts with empathy.

Fortunately, he has been able to apply these principles in various ways over the years. He graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a degree in Management, and then went on to earn his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1988, helping him to create financial plans that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and long-term goals.

While he has served in several managerial positions, his true passion is working directly with clients. As both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), he is ideally suited to do so.

Mike is also an active member in the community, has served on the board of the National Adoption Center as President, and resides in Chester County with his wife Madeline. About Lauren Seler

Lauren joined Morgan Stanley in 2019. She has over a decade of industry experience, joining Morgan Stanley from Scottish asset management firm Aberdeen Standard Investments in Boston, MA. She finds this line of work fulfilling and enjoys a profession that is a balance of both analytical and relational skills. She is involved in asset allocation, risk modeling, and financial planning.

Kristi Kelch joined the firm in 2015 as a Client Service Associate. Before coming to Morgan Stanley, Kristi worked at CIBC Benefits Consulting in Kankakee, IL. She held the role of a Benefit Analyst, gaining background knowledge in Health and Life Insurance. Kristi is the go-to for assisting clients in account opening, online capabilities, and other various day to day needs. She really enjoys being able to help people and having the opportunity to form relationships with them.

Kristi currently resides in Metamora, IL with her fiancé, Blake, and their two fur babies, Bailey and Rip. She is a 2013 graduate of Illinois State University, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Journalism, with a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences. In her free time, Kristi enjoys writing, reading, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.

About Paul Murphy

Paul is a Financial Planning Analyst for the Banner Group at Morgan Stanley. He has over 10 years of financial industry experience. He assisted client’s in developing comprehensive financial plans tailored specifically to their individual needs to give them the best chance to meet their financial goals.

Prior to joining the Banner Group he served as the Financial Planning Director for the Greater Philadelphia Market, he assisted Morgan Stanley's advisors and their clients, using our modern planning tools to help create embracive financial plans to clarify their long-term objectives and take the steps to achieve their goals.

Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Paul worked as a Senior Financial Advisor with Vanguard. Providing portfolio management as well as financial planning services for over 200 high-net worth clients.

Paul has earned his B.S from Nova Southeastern University majoring in Finance. He obtained his CFP® designation in 2017. He holds his FINRA Series 6,7,63,65.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, travel and spending time with his family.

Fabienne Sarnecki is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Pennsylvania.

Fabienne began her career in financial services in 2009, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Regional Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Internal Wholesaler at Lincoln Financial Group as well as an Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator at Navidor Merchant Services.

Fabienne is a graduate of New York University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her family. Outside of the office, Fabienne enjoys running, hiking, exploring new types of cuisines and traveling with her family.
