Story
Terri brings more than 15 years of financial services experience to her work with families and small business owners, helping them build, preserve, and transfer wealth with purpose. She works closely with clients on comprehensive wealth planning, business succession, generational wealth transfer, philanthropic strategies, and alternative investments, providing tailored guidance aligned with their goals and values.
Her career began in Institutional Wealth Management in 2007 before transitioning to personal wealth management at Morgan Stanley in 2010. She holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful advice, continuing education, and high ethical standards. She has also earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation, which supports her work with business owners as they evaluate succession, transition, or sale opportunities.
In addition to serving clients as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley, she is a regular speaker within the cleaning and restoration industry, where she shares insights on financial planning, business growth, and transition strategies.
Terri and her husband, Aaron, FCCM (Ret.), USN, met in Texas while she was attending graduate school at Texas A&M. After living in Hawaii, Chicago, and San Diego during Aaron’s Navy career, they returned to Texas in 2022. They have two daughters and enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family.

We begin with an informal conversation to understand your financial concerns and determine how we can add value. If we all agree to move forward, we’ll schedule our next meeting and request important financial information.

3. Analysis & Development

In this step, we present appropriate strategies that are designed to work together to help achieve your goals. Upon your approval, we open new accounts for you at Morgan Stanley and initiate our investment recommendations. We’ll also begin to implement other strategies we’ve discussed. These often encompass tax minimization strategies, as well as risk management and estate planning techniques.

About Ashley Hitchcock
Ashley joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 as a Registered Client Service Associate. She currently works for the team as a Wealth Management Associate and plays a vital role as she is often the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions about their accounts. Ashley handles various administrative tasks, such as opening accounts , ensuring that paperwork is properly filled out and processed. She also specializes in client cash management needs, including deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. She currently holds a series 7 and 66 license with FINRA allowing her to assist client with trades.
Originally from Maryland, Ashley is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. When away from work Ashley and her husband, Nathan, enjoy spending time with their young children and traveling.

Jacob is a first-generation college graduate who worked and paid his way through college. That experience reinforced the importance of perseverance, dedication, and a strong work ethic. He graduated in May with his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that means going on walks with his dog, training for a run, going to the gym, or participating in competitive sports. He also recently picked up the game of golf and is currently working on improving his swing.
