Meet The Vigue Group

About Paul Vigue

Paul is one of the financial advisors and founding members of The Vigue Group at Morgan Stanley in NYC. With over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, he creates and executes comprehensive wealth management plans for his clients, many of whom have been with him across generations. He assists clients in preserving, enhancing and passing on their wealth through trust and estate planning. Paul has earned Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Family Wealth Director designation, awarded to about 5% of all the firm’s Financial Advisors as of December 2023, which attests to his wide-ranging knowledge and experience.

Paul earned a BA in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and has built his experience from well-known firms such as Chase Manhattan Capital Markets, Dean Witter Reynolds, Citigroup Global Markets, and UBS Financial Services. He and his wife Carla divide their time between North Caldwell, NJ and Dorset, VT; he is the father of two grown children. In his spare time, Paul enjoys golfing, skiing, and hiking. Paul and Carla are enthusiastic supporters of several local charities, including Bennington County Habitat for Humanity.

About Rachael A. Christiano (Rohrig)

Rachael is a one of the financial advisors and founding members of The Vigue Group at Morgan Stanley in the New York City Metropolitan Area. With over 8 years of collective experience in the financial services industry, she has developed a passion for helping individuals and families discover, plan for, and reach their personal, professional, and financial goals. Rachael holds the Series 7, Series 66, life and health insurance licenses, as well as the Financial Planning Specialist and Portfolio Manager designations. She believes in investing with a purpose through financial planning to help preserve and grow her clients' wealth, all while delivering world class service.

Rachael joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 and previously developed her skillset as one of the Top 100, of over 6,500, Client Associates at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for 5 years. She graduated Cum Laude from The University at Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance after only 3 years.

In her free time, Rachael enjoys traveling, exercising, and playing pickleball with her husband, Tony. They currently reside in Hoboken, NJ. Rachael supports charities such as Experience Camps, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Everytown for Gun Safety, and the Last Prisoner Project.

About Ethan Solat

Ethan is a Registered Client Service Associate working with The Vigue Group since 2022. Ethan first joined Morgan Stanley in August of 2021 as a Financial Operations Analyst with the Fixed Income Division before transitioning to the Wealth Management side. He has a wide range of responsibilities, which began as administrative assistance, but is now transforming to help the team with investment management and portfolio trading. He will work alongside our administrative associate in managing cash needs, rebalancing investments to align with client needs, research and meet with our external fund partners, and more.

Ethan graduated from SUNY Brockport receiving a double major in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Economics. While studying for his degrees, he played for the NCAA Men’s Division III collegiate ice hockey team.

He currently resides in Manhattan with his girlfriend, Bri, and in his free time, enjoys playing hockey, golf and the guitar. He is a dedicated sports fan and comes from a sports-oriented family with two siblings; one of them being an identical twin brother who also works at Morgan Stanley.

About Jennifer Hoffman

Jenny is a Registered Client Service Associate who has been working with Morgan Stanley since 2022. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a major in Early Childhood Education, and a concentration in Special Education. Upon graduating, she moved back to New Jersey where she taught 1st grade for three years throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Upon completing her third year of teaching, she made the decision to transition into Finance to pursue a budding interest and, she now enjoys combining her teaching skills with her knowledge of finance to assists individuals and families with their financial goals. Jenny obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and, most recently, the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation* since joining the firm.

On our team, Jenny has a wide range of responsibilities, which include servicing existing clients, onboarding new clients, and providing support to our financial advisors. She ensures all daily activities are being processed efficiently and in a timely manner, while delivering white-glove service. You may engage with Jenny on any administrative requests, which include but are not limited to: money movement, account/profile servicing, check/debit card inquiries, stock transfers, document requests, Morgan Stanley Online assistance, etc.

She currently resides in Somerset, New Jersey, and in her free time, enjoys hiking with her dog (Tuna), reading, traveling, and trying restaurants. Jenny supports charities such as Save the Children, the American Heart Association, and Feeding America.

About Mary Beth Powers

Mary Beth Powers is Executive Director and Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley covering the New York Metro region, responsible for presenting Morgan Stanley’s third-party trustee partner platform to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Advisors, clients and prospects. Leveraging the capabilities of our trust company partners, Mary Beth assists to identify appropriate fiduciary solutions, which are essential to the management, preservation and transfer of accumulated wealth. This process includes coordination with the client’s financial, legal and tax advisors to ensure proper trust planning implementation.

Mary Beth has worked in the trust and estate services industry for over thirty years, primarily handling trust new business opportunities. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mary Beth spent ten years as a senior vice president and regional trust specialist with Citigroup Trust in NYC.

Mary Beth received a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey and is Series 7 and 63 licensed. She resides with her husband and family in Blauvelt, New York.

About Tony Silva

Tony Silva is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in New York City.

Tony began his career in financial services in 1995 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Pipeline Manager in our Home Loans organization. In 2017, he was promoted to Project Manager on that team. Tony assumed his current position in February, 2018. Prior to his tenure at the firm, Tony held a number of roles at mortgage financing institutions.

Tony received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University. He and his family reside in Livingston, New Jersey.

When not at the office, Tony enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.

About Charlotte Spatz

Charlotte Spatz is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Charlotte began her career in financial services in 2015, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Complex Administrator. Prior to being promoted to her current position, Charlotte served as an Associate Private Banker supporting Wealth Management offices in New York City and was a Regional Administrator before that. Before joining the firm, she was an Operations Associate at the Lebenthal & Co.

Angelo is the Family Office Resources Generalist for Family Office Resources in the New York Metro and New England regions. Angelo provides specialized knowledge to ultra-high net worth clients and their Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors across a broad range of family wealth management issues, including family governance/dynamics, wealth education, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management, lifestyle advisory and customized asset allocation and portfolio construction. Angelo has over twenty-five years experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and philanthropic organizations.

Originally from Chicago, Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented ultra-high net worth clients and the businesses they owned, as well as major philanthropic organizations. Angelo is admitted to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has spoken on topics such as “Conditions Suggesting a Management Buyout” before the Chicago Bar Association Corporation and Business Law Committee, “Tax Consequences of Intra-Family Loans,” before the Chicago Bar Association Trust Law Committee, and “Conversations about Wealth and Philanthropy with Prospective Donors” before the Chicago Council on Planned Giving.

Prior to rejoining Morgan Stanley in his current position in 2018, Angelo advised wealthy clients in the financial services industry for 10 years, first as a Wealth Strategist with US Trust in Chicago, then a Wealth and Estate Planning Specialist within Family Office Resources in Chicago, and finally as a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist for the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Angelo earned his B.A. from DePauw University, his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his law degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. He is Series 7, 66 and 24 licensed. Angelo served as President of the Rotary Club of Chicago (“ROTARY/One”), the world’s first Rotary club, in 2009-2010, and now lives in Armonk, New York with his wife, a native New Yorker, and their two children.
