Stephanie focuses on wealth planning and in building customized financial plans and solutions for individuals and businesses.

What makes us knowledgeable:
Stephanie began her career with Smith Barney (a predecessor of Morgan Stanley) in 2005 with The Rollins Group. She found her niche and passion in helping people to plan for life's biggest goals. Stephanie went on to become a partner of the Belles Rollins Group in 2015. She holds her Series 7, 63, 65 and 31 licenses. She also holds a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y.

In 2008, she joined Sonica Capital, as an execution trader in New York City. She later accepted a position at Jefferies Group, LLC, where she led the development of a middle-market research and trading business, conducting trading for small hedge funds and large family offices.

Emily has since rejoined Morgan Stanley in 2018 as a partner of The Belles Rollins Group. She holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, has a B.A. degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and earned her certificate in Financial Planning from New York University. Emily is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, which is one of the standards of excellence for financial planners. She has both the knowledge and the experience to help clients in virtually all areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning strategies, and retirement. Further, Emily is a member of the Estate Planning council of Eastern New York, Inc.

Emily lives in Loudonville, NY with her husband, Taylor, and two sons, Ryder and Hunter. Outside of the office, she devotes her time to raising her family, taking care of her indoor plants, cooking, and fitness.

About Mary Irish

Mary has been a Financial Advisor since 1992 and was one of the original members of Morgan Stanley in Albany, New York. For many years Mary has reported on the stock and bond markets on WAMC Public Radio’s Mid-day Magazine, which airs daily at about 12:45.

Mary helps families, sometimes two or three generations, with their investments and other financial decisions. Mary also works with Retirement Plans and Endowments of local non-profits. She credits the long relationships she has with clients to her consistent, understandable approach to wealth management. Mary believes in the value of advice and having a sound financial plan as a road map.

Mary is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She completed the Investment Consultants Program at the Wharton School and earned the Estate Planning Consultant Certificate from the American College.

About Graham Irish

Graham is a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. Before stepping into his current role, he worked as a client service associate. Graham graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. While at UVM, he was awarded the Major Junius Adair award for Excellence in Finance, and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an exclusive business honors society.

While at Morgan Stanley, Graham has refined his knowledge on issues relating to financial planning and retirement. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designations. He is also recognized as a Financial Planning Specialist by Morgan Stanley.

Graham is passionate about giving back to his community. He is on the board of directors of the Joan Nicole Prince Home, a hospice facility in his area. He serves on a committee for runaway and homeless youth for Captain Community Human Services. He is also the chair of a business group for the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce.

Graham lives in Schenectady, New York. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and the Adirondacks. He loves to ski, hike, cook, and is an avid reader.
