About Ryan Kibiloski
A University of Toledo graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance, Ryan first entered the industry in 1999 as an Associate Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in Toledo. In 2005, he became a financial advisor with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in Chicago, and then transitioned to Fifth Third Securities where he served as Vice President for nearly 13 years.
Throughout his career, Ryan has always sought to enhance the resources he offers his clients: that’s why he worked to earn his Certified Financial Planner® designation, and it’s why he came on board with Morgan Stanley, co-founding The Modern Perspective Group in Oak Brook, IL.
With the team, Ryan places a special emphasis on alternative investments, in addition to financial planning. Leveraging the team’s relationship with Morgan Stanley, he offers clients access to the Firm’s premier Alts platform––so they can not only help protect assets through enhanced diversification, but also help generate steady income in times of market volatility. Most importantly, Ryan believes that the portfolios he crafts for his clients must be founded on their individual goals, timelines, and risk appetites. In other words, they must fit within a larger financial plan. That’s why he focuses on Alts, because they help create even more possibilities for customization around your life and goals.
Outside the office, Ryan lives in Downers Grove with his wife Nicole. Proud parents and reluctant empty nesters, they enjoy visiting their daughter Mia and son Michael, who both attend university in Los Angeles, as often as they can. Committed to giving back to his community, Ryan is the co-founder and treasurer of the Sen-Hwa Foundation––a non-profit organization that provides under-privileged youth with the financial support needed to pursue higher education.

About Patricia A. Reyes
A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Patricia began her career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2000. In 2002, she joined Fifth Third Securities as an Investment Executive. During her tenure at the firm, she met team member Josh Dunn in 2013. Then in 2021, she brought the team over to Morgan Stanley, a firm that would allow her to equip clients with the world-class technology, investment platforms, and industry research needed to help her clients continue to thrive for decades to come.
With the team, Patricia places a special emphasis on creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience defined by communication, transparency, and commitment. She believes that financial confidence is about more than just performance numbers. Just as important is knowing that you have a consistent guide to turn to in those times you need it most. Each and every day, she strives to go above and beyond for her clients – whether that means coordinating with your professional network, helping you pass on your financial value system to the next generation, or organizing all aspects of your legacy into a coherent whole.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Patricia is the founder of the HER Way initiative in the Chicagoland market, a program designed to empower women through financial education and community connection. Originally started by a remarkable group of female advisors in the Morgan Stanley New York office, HER Way focuses on key areas impacting women's lives, including health and wellness, personal finances, professional development, entrepreneurialism, and philanthropy. By providing valuable resources and organizing events, HER Way aims to foster a supportive community where women can share knowledge and experiences to enhance their financial confidence and overall well-being.
Outside of the office, Patricia lives in Chicago with her husband Jim and their daughter Abby. A world traveler, she counts Tokyo, Maui, and Barcelona as some of her top destinations. But the best trip she’s ever taken was a few years ago with Jim and Abby – exploring Italy by train as a family with stops in Venice, Rome, Florence, and Amalfi Coast. For all her travels abroad, however, Patricia also enjoys staying active in her local community: whether that’s taking a Saturday bike ride around Chicago with the family, or going on weekday morning runs around the neighborhood. She is also committed to giving back, and volunteers with Inspiration Corp, a non-profit that supports Chicagoans affected by poverty and homelessness. An avid cook, she has lately been whipping up various Filipino dishes to help her daughter experience a part of her culture.

About Jeffrey S. Babik
A graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Jeff began his career as a financial advisor and portfolio manager in 1995 with UBS Wealth Management, where he worked for nearly a decade. Then, looking to broaden the resources he could offer his clients, he came on board with Morgan Stanley in 2004 and has remained with the firm ever since.
With the team, Jeff’s primary focus is providing customized portfolio management for clients at all stages of their financial journey. Having working many years in the industry – through bull markets, bear markets, and everything in between – Jeff knows firsthand what a sustainable, long-term strategy looks like. Complementing Morgan Stanley’s extensive market research, he utilizes an investment approach called the “Relative Strength Methodology,” a screening process that aims to help identify long-term market trends, mitigate risk exposure, cut through human emotion, and determine the optimal investment strategy for your unique circumstance.
Throughout his career, Jeff has approached each day with the same straightforward belief: There’s no such thing as “easy money.” It’s a lesson he first learned at 15 years old, when he worked an after-school job as a janitor. To this day he prides himself on the diligent work ethic that he applies to all aspects of his wealth management practice.
Outside the office, Jeff lives in LaGrange, IL with his wife Catherine. In his free time, he enjoys going out West for downhill ski trips with Catherine and their son Matthew. He’s also an avid cyclist, and it’s during long rides that he counts himself lucky for living in the Midwest, and not out West in the mountains.
Technical analysis is the study of past price and volume trends of a security in an attempt to predict the security's future price and volume trends. Its limitations include but are not limited to: the lack of fundamental analysis of a security's financial condition, lack of analysis of macro economic trend forecasts, the bias of the technician's view and the possibility that past participants were not entirely rational in their past purchases or sales of the security being analyzed. Investors using technical analysis should consider these limitations prior to making an investment decision.

3Alternative Investments are speculative and include a high degree of risk. An investor could lose all or a substantial amount of his/her investment. Alternative investments are appropriate only for qualified, long-term investors who are willing to forgo liquidity and put capital at risk for an indefinite period of time.
4The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations.
