Kyle W. Poland
Kyle Poland is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Portfolio Management Director, and Financial Planning Specialist with The Keystone – Miami Valley Group at Morgan Stanley, based in Beavercreek, Ohio. Kyle has over 16 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically in Wealth Management. In 2009, Kyle and his team were recruited from UBS to join Morgan Stanley. He holds his Series 7 and 66, Ohio Life and Health Insurance Licenses, as well as the Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Kyle earned his degree in Psychology from Centre College, where he was on the track, cross country and swim teams.
Kyle’s passion in the Financial Advisory business is derived from his father, who serviced the local investment needs in Kyle’s hometown of Danville, Kentucky. Kyle learned early in life the power of compounding interest and goal setting from his father. These lessons would prove to be crucial as they play a major role when Kyle is developing his Goals-Based Planning approach with his multi-generation families and individual clients.

Kyle was a professional triathlete and certified triathlon coach. He was the President of the Mason-Deerfield Rotary Club, where he has been an active member since 2009. In his spare time, Kyle is an active sports enthusiast as a member of the US Masters Swimming Association, and an assistant swim coach at the Coffman Family YMCA. In August 2013, Kyle carried out a long time dream when he successfully swam across the English Channel in support of the Miles that Matter Foundation. About Chance Taylor
The second grandson of retired financial advisor Dick Taylor, Chance grew up in the world of finance and studied at the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University. In addition to his responsibility as a Portfolio Management Associate, Dan serves as the portfolio analyst for The Keystone – Miami Valley Group, performing due diligence including fundamental, qualitative and technical research for each investment our Portfolio Managers consider to ensure outstanding value to the client. As a 2019 graduate from the University of Dayton, Dan brings his unique undergraduate experience in investments from the Davis Center for Portfolio Management as well as the Flyer Angels Venture Capital fund, two of the largest funds with full student discretion in the United States.
Dan learned the value of investing at an early age from his father, a successful small business owner in St. Louis, Missouri. Wendy Arnold began her Morgan Stanley journey as a college intern, and returned to join the Taylor Group in 2018 after a successful career in sales and customer service. As Client Service Associate for the Taylor Group, her primary responsibilities include building client relationships, technological engagement including assisting clients with Morgan Stanley Online, and overseeing the new client onboarding process. Wendy holds the Registered Service Associate designation, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lee University.
