About Kyle C. Boos

Kyle has served in the financial services industry for over 25 years, having worked with Morgan Stanley for his entire career. Kyle has earned the title of Executive Director during his tenure, as well as Wealth Advisor, Senior Portfolio Management Director and Estate Planning Consultant. He strives to learn and continues to improve so he may assist his clients with the best of his ability, and collaborate with knowledgeable professionals in each field for financial strength. Kyle works primarily with high net worth families as well as private businesses and continues to maintain long term relationships with his clients.

Kyle's mission is to understand each client's individual needs and work with each client towards achieving their unique goals. He also enjoys helping prepare for his clients' life events such as retirement solutions and general wealth transfers.

Attending Broward College, Kyle earned his Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts. Kyle earned the honor of being inducted into the Broward College Alumni Hall of Distinction. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University.

Away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially with his two daughters, Avery and Ashtyn. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, watching movies, and philanthropy.

Kyle is very involved in his community. He Chaired the Board for Broward Health Foundation’s Young President’s Council. Kyle also sits on the Board for Junior Achievement of South Florida and Connecticut Food Association (Finance Committee).

Paul began his career in the financial services industry at Morgan Stanley in 2016, focusing on financial planning and risk management. About Amanda Conde

Amanda earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance (2023) and her Master of Business Administration (2024) from Nova Southeastern University. Her career began as a teller at a credit union, followed by other roles including an internship as an account assistant at Headquarter Toyota, member service representative at Power Financial Credit Union, and a finance coordinator at a small firm. Amanda also gained valuable experience shadowing a financial advisor at Dade County Federal Credit Union. In 2024, she joined Morgan Stanley, excited to apply her knowledge and skills to the wealth management industry.

Born in Cuba, Amanda grew up in Spain before moving to the U.S at the age of 7, where she has lived in Miami ever since. A dedicated dog mom to her 5-year-old Shih Tzu, she enjoys traveling (having visited over 10 countries), reading, painting, and listening to podcasts. Amanda enjoys giving back, with a history of volunteering for causes such as breast cancer, Alzheimer's, and autism, and donating to organizations like St. Jude, Red Cross, and the American Cancer Society. Amanda attributes her drive to her parents, who came to the U.S with little but has provided her everything she's needed to succeed.
