About Me

Carlos F. Fernandez is a licensed investment professional who has been assisting his clients as a Wealth Advisor for more than 28 years – all at Morgan Stanley. Carlos manages personalized investment strategies for his clients. He listens to his clients to understand individual needs and goals, develops solid long last client relationships and treats each investment as his own. Carlos is a member of Morgan Stanley’s exclusive President’s Club or Master’s Club from 1999 to present, he has been named to The Financial Times’ 2015 list of America’s Top 400 Financial Advisors and is a recipient of Baltimore Magazine’s 2013, 2014 and 2015 Five Star Wealth Manager Award.
Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bucknell University and is a graduate of St. Paul’s School in Brooklandville, MD. He and his wife Stacey have four children: Nevi,  Niqui, Lexi and Carlos. He coaches youth  soccer, basketball and baseball and has led teams to several championships. He also enjoys jogging, cycling and playing basketball — he organizes an annual 3-on-3 charity tournament.

About Me

A licensed investment professional and Wealth Advisor with more than 30 years' experience, Thomas E. Hipple believes that strong client relationships are built on trust, empathy and stewardship. As a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Tom combines a deep knowledge of advanced investment techniques with a detailed understanding of what his clients hope to achieve and a dedication to responsible planning. His grit is evident in the fact that he had to hitchhike back and forth between his home in Florida and Kalamazoo College in Michigan to complete his Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Tom and his wife of 40 years, Dorothy, enjoy hiking and traveling. Tom has an appreciation for the arts, having studied Spanish Renaissance Art at the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid. She resides in Lutherville, Maryland with her husband Tony, and two children, Tony Jr. and Abby.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and vacationing in Ocean City each summer.  They hope to visit family in Santiago, Chile in the near future.
