Our Core Strengths

We believe successful wealth management begins and ends with personalized service. We enjoy working with individuals and families who seek the same type of long-term, fully-engaged relationships we value and who appreciate the following attributes we believe set us apart from other advisory teams.
    Icon Image
    Long-Term Relationships
We care deeply about our clients and go the extra mile to make certain they understand we are here to help them preserve, grow and transfer their wealth. The bonds we form are fundamental to our mission and it is our intention that they span generations.
    Icon Image
    Deep Knowledge & Experience
We combine our problem-solving skills with an impassioned willingness to roll up our sleeves and identify forward-thinking strategies so that we may meet, and exceed, your particular objectives. We believe the more complex your situation, the more valuable we are to you, and the more rewarding your overall experience will be.
    Icon Image
    Comprehensive Services
Whether you need guidance with growth, asset preservation or legacy planning, we want to be your first phone call for anything financial. Our goal is to offer appropriate advice and service BEFORE you know you need it and to respond to every request or question immediately.
    Icon Image
    Customized Strategies
No two clients are alike; therefore, no two wealth management plans are alike. We take the time to get to know you personally, so we may understand the challenges and circumstances surrounding your wealth. This enables us to create a customized wealth plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
    Icon Image
    A Team Approach
The diversity of our background and experience enables us to deliver fresh ideas for today’s complex world. We believe it is important to collaborate with your accountant, attorney and other specialists to build a comprehensive plan that encompasses all aspects of your financial life. We are comfortable serving as your lead advisor, helping ensure all the professionals you’ve hired are working together to address your priorities cohesively.
    Icon Image
    A Concierge Service Experience
We deliberately keep our practice to a select group of families so we can deliver a first-class experience. This enables us to spend quality time with each of our clients with the purpose of helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Achieving Your Goals

Our goals-based process begins and ends with listening. We ask questions about the values that shape your decisions and the vision you have for your future . . . and then we listen. Through each step, we provide objective advice and investment insights to construct a wealth management plan that is uniquely yours.
    Icon Image
    1: Discovery
We begin with an in-depth conversation where we listen carefully to understand what is important to you and your family. Utilizing our skills as seasoned wealth management professionals, we ask specific questions about your previous investment experience and the values that shape your decisions. We also identify any special challenges and circumstances for your personal situation.
    Icon Image
    2: Analysis & Plan Development
Here, we prepare a comprehensive analysis for your situation. We utilize Morgan Stanley’s proprietary planning and risk analysis tools to develop a personalized plan that not only includes investment recommendations, but may also incorporate risk management and tax-advantaged strategies, as well as estate, trust and philanthropic solutions.
In this step, we may also reach out to your CPA and estate attorney to understand your existing tax and estate plans, so we can coordinate our efforts into one comprehensive plan.
    Icon Image
    3: Presentation & Implementation
Next, we present your personalized financial plan in detail and explain why we are recommending each strategy. We’ll then refine your plan based on our discussion. Once approved by you, we’ll begin to implement the strategies together. We believe in full transparency and will keep you involved in each step.
    Icon Image
    4: Ongoing Service
We are committed to developing longstanding relationships that provide special value to you and your family. We monitor the progress of your plan through ongoing calls and meetings, based on a communication strategy that works for you. We may recommend adjustments over time, due to changing market conditions or changes in your personal circumstances, to keep you on track towards achieving your goals.

Executive Financial Services

As your life and career evolve, your finances often become more complex. Many successful individuals find their overall wealth becomes heavily concentrated in one type of investment. This is very common for corporate executives who accumulate large amounts of company stock.

While the potential for long-term growth of these positions is great, so too are the potential risks to your overall financial health and well-being if they are not managed carefully.

Often, these positions are restricted and highly illiquid, making it difficult to diversify your portfolio and access its value. What’s more, there can be significant tax consequences associated with managing highly complicated positions of wealth.

If you find your overall wealth is highly concentrated and the associated restrictions limit your ability to diversify, we offer the strategic guidance and sophisticated strategies necessary to help gain flexible access to your wealth. In addition, our comprehensive approach focuses on finding tax-efficient ways to overcome the obstacles you face.
Services Available:
  • The sale of restricted, control and concentrated stocks under SEC Rule 144
  • Assistance in the exercise of corporate stock options and the sale of restricted share units (RSU) during company-approved open trading windows
  • Access to Morgan Stanley’s exclusive 10b5-1 Preset Diversification Program®
  • The purchase of company stock under Rule 10b-18
  • Securities-based loans secured by eligible restricted and control stock, as determined by your company’s corporate counsel
  • Wealth transfer and gifting strategies
