Meet The Chasin Group

About Matthew Chasin

Matthew Chasin is a Senior Vice President for the Chasin Group. Matt has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career in 1992 as a financial analyst at Chemical Bank in New York. Two years later Matt joined Bear Stearns, where he rose to be a senior managing director on the credit financing trading desk. He was responsible for all mortgage and credit repo trading and secured lending globally. In 2009, Matt joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as the global head of collateral trading. His role consisted of managing global repo and short duration cash trading in London, Singapore, Tokyo and Stamford. In 2015, Matt made his way to the Royal Bank of Canada as a managing director in their fixed-income and currencies division. Subsequently, Matt served as the Treasurer of Exos Securities, where he was responsible for all treasury activities.
Matt’s last role before joining Morgan Stanley was serving as a Senior Institutional Consultant at UBS Financial Services where he teamed up with his father, Gerald, managing and advising Taft-Harley client assets. Now at Morgan Stanley, Matt and the Chasin Group work with ultra-high net worth clients and institutions within Graystone Consulting providing comprehensive wealth solutions tailored each client’s unique needs.
Matt earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester and an MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

About Pamela Chasin

Pamela Chasin is Vice President and Senior Institutional Consultant at the Chasin Group. She joined with nearly 20 years of fixed-income markets and consulting experience in the investment banking industry and institutional consulting business. Her first 14 years were spent on J.P Morgan’s corporate bond and syndicate desk, advising corporate clients on investment grade and high-yield bond issuance in the US dollar markets as an Executive Director. She subsequently took on a similar role as Executive Director at UBS for two years. Pamela advised issuers on bond market timing, tenor, pricing and market receptivity and for executing bond offering, including distribution to institutional clients.
In an effort to share her wealth of knowledge in this field, Pamela subsequently decided to become a professor at Mercy College, teaching financial management to undergraduate students. Pamela then went back to UBS Financial Services, this time serving as Senior Institutional Consultant. Now bringing her investment expertise to Morgan Stanley and Graystone Consulting, Pamela continues to consult institutional clients and works alongside Gerald and Matthew Chasin to advise and deliver optimal solutions to Taft-Harley Assets.
Pamela earned her undergraduate degree at Yale University and an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

About Jonathan Ostrow

Jonathan Ostrow joined Morgan Stanley is 2021 and has a vast history of working with large institutional clients across the globe since 1999. His focus on these institutions has given him the knowledge of how large Asset Managers look at markets makes him a valuable member of the Chasin Group at Morgan Stanley. His goal is to deliver first class service and build long lasting relationships.
Jon is an Indiana University Graduate where he earned his degree in Finance. He currently resides in Long Island with his wife and 2 kids. Most of his time outside of work is spent with his doing activities with his children, golfing and exercising.

About Kevin Roundtree

Kevin Roundtree is Assistant Vice President and Institutional Consultant at the Chasin Group. He comes to Graystone after spending 7.5 years at Segal Marco Advisors as a Consultant. Focused primarily on the Taft Hartley market, he assisted clients in a variety of areas including IPS development, asset allocation, manager and custodian selection, portfolio oversight, and investment design for defined benefit, defined contribution, and health-care related funds. His experience includes being the lead consultant and primary contact on multiple institutional relationships across the public and Taft Hartley markets as well as being a relationship manager for a subset of large and highly complex clients. Kevin continues to consult institutional clients alongside Matthew, Pamela, and Gerald Chasin.

Prior to Segal Marco Advisors, Mr. Roundtree worked at Federated Investors for 3 years supporting the trading and portfolio management functions of the firm.

Mr. Roundtree graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration in 2012. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2016.

About Steve Beck

Steve joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 following three successful decades on Wall Street. In November of 2024, Steve joined the Chasin Group at Morgan Stanley, part of Graystone Consulting.

Steve spent 13 years at Salomon Brothers, first selling, and then trading, fixed income products within Salomon’s industry-leading Mortgage-Backed Securities department. For 7 years, Steve managed the massive FNMA and FHLMC 30-year Pass-through trading book. In 1997, Steve joined Nomura Securities as Co-head of RMBS trading, and helped catapult Nomura’s industry ranking from 10th to 2nd. In 2001, Steve joined Deutsche Bank, and over a 15-year span held a number of senior sales positions. From 2001-2010, Steve covered some of DB’s largest institutional clients across a wide variety of Fixed Income products including MBS, CMBS, Rates, and Structured Products. From 2010-2016, Steve was a senior member of DB’s Relationship management team, where he had C-Suite coverage responsibility for the firm’s most impactful institutional clients.

Throughout his career, Steve has been regarded as a franchise builder and team player. His reputation is based on honesty, integrity, credibility, and industry knowledge. Steve's institutional pedigree , combined with his deep professional and personal network, will provide a valuable contribution to the Chasin Group and its clients.

Since 2008, Steve has been an active member on the board of Write on Sports, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to teach at-risk youth literacy skills through the lens of Sports. Steve and his wife Lauren, reside in New York City, and have two sons, Justin and Jake.

About Anbreen Khan

Anbreen Khan is the Group Director for the Chasin Group. She has financial industry experience spanning over 18 years, starting at Citibank in 2001. She soon joined UBS Financial Services in 2003 participating in various roles such as Branch Service Associate, Recruit transition liaison, Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Wealth Strategy Associate and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. Anbreen’s strengths lie in helping clients with their finances and helping them save for retirement. She joined Morgan Stanley in October 2020 as Group Director.
Anbreen holds a wide variety of licenses such as the Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10, New York State Accident and Health, Life, Travel Accident and Variable Life/Variable Annuities Insurance. She also holds a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designation which shows expertise in administering retirement plans for businesses. In her free time Anbreen enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending time with her husband and two children.

About Tom Asprinio

Tom Asprinio is the Director of Business Strategy for the Chasin Group. Prior to joining the team, he was a Service Manager in the Western Long Island Complex for Morgan Stanley but got his start in finance at Merrill being a team lead for the margin and option department. He plays an integral role on the team by assisting client’s financial needs based on each individual’s unique situation. He begins by finding out their goals and guides them through investment products and services within the firm to help achieve those financial goals. Tom graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island. Tom currently holds his Series 7, 66, 9 & 10

About Gabriella Ruffo

Gabby joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Registered Client Service Associate and is responsible for providing operational support to help clients achieve their financial goals. Gabby graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and minors in Philosophy and Chemistry. She currently holds her Series 7 and 66.

About Dominique Hicks

Dominique Hicks is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Western Long Island, New York. She is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.


Dominique began her career in financial services in 2015 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to her current position, she acquired a great deal of acclamation & recognition for her work in Private Client and Small Business at JP Morgan Chase Bank. She continued to grow as a resource and joined Merrill Lynch later as a Financial Advisor.

Dominique graduated from SUNY Old Westbury with a bachelor’s in accounting and holds her Certified Financial Planner® designation. Dominique lives in Stony Brook, NY and cherishes spending time with her loved ones. She is a loving mother of two, adores practicing yoga with her kids and volunteers as a mentor for young college women.
