Introductory Meeting (15 - 20 minutes)
  • Address your initial questions, needs and concerns.

Discovery Meeting (45 - 60 minutes)

We want to learn about you and will ask about 7 key areas we consider fundamental to understand your needs and how we can be helpful.

  4. Finances – assets, liabilities, income, expenses and risk tolerance.

Financial Plan and Investment Strategy Review Meeting (60 minutes): 1 - 2 weeks after Discovery Meeting)
  • Review a 1-page summary ("Total Client Profile") of the 7 key areas discussed in the Discovery Meeting.
  • Review comprehensive Financial Plan. Discuss current probability of achieving your goals and what actions can be taken to improve the probability of success.
  • Review Investment Proposal based on your personal goals and risk tolerance. Discuss rationale for strategy, specific risk metrics and overall tax-efficiency.
  • Discuss strategies to diversify out of concentrated stock positions, if applicable
Mutual Commitment Meeting (15 minutes): 1 week after Financial Plan and Investment Strategy Meeting

About Sanjay Harisingani

Sanjay, a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner, serves as the Chief Investment Officer and financial planning specialist for ultra-high net worth clients. After working in the industry for over 15 years, he believes in a truly holistic approach when it comes to his clients. He takes every aspect of a client's personal and professional goals into account when putting together a comprehensive financial plan.

Sanjay brings over a decade of industry experience to the team having previously worked as a Vice President at UBS and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. It is this combined experience that allows him to create tailored solutions to meet his client's needs.

Sanjay earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baruch College and studied at the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
