About Sanjay Harisingani
Sanjay brings over a decade of industry experience to the team having previously worked as a Vice President at UBS and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. It is this combined experience that allows him to create tailored solutions to meet his client's needs.
Sanjay earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baruch College and studied at the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
Outside of the office, Sanjay is an avid traveler and enjoys discovering new restaurants globally.

About Gene Kirley
He is very active in his community. He is a long time Board Member and former President of ACDS – a lifetime agency that serves children and adults with Down Syndrome, Autism and other developmental disorders. Gene is also a Board Member for the Rockville Centre Little League.
Gene earned a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattan College and studied at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he spent 25 years at Janney Montgomery, where he guided his clients through countless market scenarios.
Gene is a Long Island native and lives in Rockville Centre with his wife Tracy and their four children.

About Pamela Praetorius
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Pam had a successful career in the music and entertainment industries. Her roles as a company co-founder and chief operating officer incorporated record production, music publishing, and tour and talent management. She was responsible for guiding the careers of gold and platinum-selling artists, assembling a portfolio of Top 40 hits and Grammy Awards. Pam’s first-hand knowledge and keen understanding of the challenges facing creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and company owners enables her to offer her clients sound financial planning.
Pam is an active member of the Long Island Greek community and speaks Greek fluently. She is a member of St. Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church, the Ladies Philoptochos organization, and a former GOYA youth advisor. In supporting St. Paraskevi’s mission, she founded The Good Neighbor Fund and the Holiday Spirit Program, which provide support to those suffering setbacks due to health issues or financial emergencies. Her other philanthropic activities extend to women’s causes. Ms. Praetorius serves as a board member for the Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education. She is an advisory council member of Pink Aid, Long Island and co-chairs Pink Purse LI, both initiatives supporting those undergoing and surviving treatment for breast cancer.
Pam is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. She and her husband reside in Huntingdon, New York. They have two adult sons making their careers in media.

About Mark Mohtashemi
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mark was an attorney at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP – a leading, full-service international law firm. It is this experience that allows him to understand the care and attention his clients need in order to have a safe and secure financial future.
Mark earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, with distinction, at Georgetown Law Center. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
Mark serves on the Executive Board of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County.
Mark was born and raised on Long Island and lives in Huntington with his wife and two sons.

As a Dedicated Equity Plan Specialist, he focuses on incorporating the management of restricted stock, options and concentrated positions into his client's overall financial picture.
Committed to a premium level of client service, Tim uses a comprehensive step-by-step process to uncover his clients’ goals, values and wishes. Through this process he ensures that each client is comfortable and confident in their individual plan.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tim worked at New York Life Insurance Company gaining knowledge in both insurance and investments. With this experience he is able to approach each situation with a holistic view of wealth planning.
Tim is a graduate of SUNY Cortland, where he earned a degree in business economics. He is a lifetime baseball enthusiast, who enjoys golfing and playing softball in his free time.

About Dana Jordan
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Dana began her career in financial services in 2017 when she joined Morgan Stanley as a Lending Analyst in Private Banking Operations. She most recently returned to the firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Mortgage Professional at JP Morgan Private Bank.
Dana is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She lives in Long Island, New York. Outside of the office, Dana donates her time to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1006. She is a Senior Gold Medalist and USFSA (U.S. Figure Skating Association) member, and enjoys partaking in CrossFit.
About Angelo Loumbas
Originally from Chicago, Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented ultra-high net worth clients and the businesses they owned, as well as major philanthropic organizations. Angelo is admitted to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has spoken on topics such as “Conditions Suggesting a Management Buyout” before the Chicago Bar Association Corporation and Business Law Committee, “Tax Consequences of Intra-Family Loans,” before the Chicago Bar Association Trust Law Committee, and “Conversations about Wealth and Philanthropy with Prospective Donors” before the Chicago Council on Planned Giving.
Prior to rejoining Morgan Stanley in his current position in 2018, Angelo advised wealthy clients in the financial services industry for 10 years, first as a Wealth Strategist with US Trust in Chicago, then a Wealth and Estate Planning Specialist within Family Office Resources in Chicago, and finally as a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist for the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Angelo earned his B.A. from DePauw University, his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his law degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. He is Series 7, 66 and 24 licensed. Angelo served as President of the Rotary Club of Chicago (“ROTARY/One”), the world’s first Rotary club, in 2009-2010, and now lives in Armonk, New York with his wife, a native New Yorker, and their two children.
