About Peter S. Keller
Peter Keller is the Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he leads the Minnesota Dakota Market. This market encompasses multiple branches and a substantial team of Financial Advisors, Service Professionals, and Managers. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1995, Pete has progressed through various roles, including Financial Advisor, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager, before assuming his current leadership position.
Pete is committed to developing organizations and teams, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity. His extensive experience in the financial sector has shaped his strategic thinking and dedication to client service. Outside of his professional life, Pete is an avid Minnesota sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family.

About Nate Zeller
Nate Zeller is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas. He is responsible for working with Financial Advisors for advanced planning consultations and coaching.
Nate brings over 25 years of industry experience, having begun his career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1999 and rejoining the firm in 2024. In between stints, he held various roles at other firms, including leadership positions with U.S. Bank and Ameriprise in their Trust and Wealth Management areas. Prior to his current position, he worked at a registered investment advisor focused on retirement planning.
Nate graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. Nate and his wife are the parents of two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and being outdoors.

For Guests Driving and Parking in the Capella Tower Parking Ramp:
Input Destination: Enter "Capella Tower Parking" into your GPS. The address is 225 S. 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402. It will appear as SP+ Parking.
Parking and Elevators: Once parked, take the elevators to level "L" (Skyway).
Security Check-In: Exit the elevator and turn right to reach the Security Desk. Present your name and inform them you are visiting Morgan Stanley on the 53rd floor. If your name is not in the system, the security team will contact us for confirmation.
Access Sticker: The Security Desk will provide you with a temporary access sticker. Use this to scan at the turnstile.
Elevator to 53rd Floor: Proceed to the middle set of elevator banks, scan your access sticker at the turnstiles, and take the elevator to the 53rd floor.
