Ron Yoo serves as the Market Executive for the Northern Virginia Western Maryland McLean Market at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He brings nearly 25 years of financial services industry experience to the role, including approximately 20 years with Morgan Stanley.

Ron began his career in financial services as an intern in 2002 and became a Financial Advisor in 2003. Since then, he has held a variety of leadership roles across the Firm, including Business Development Manager, Associate Complex Manager, Branch Manager, Market Manager, and most recently, Market Executive for the Western New York Market. His leadership experience spans Markets across the Northeast and former New York Metro Regions.

Throughout his career, Ron has worked closely with Financial Advisors to help them grow their practices, deepen client relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver the full breadth of Morgan Stanley’s capabilities. Drawing on his own experience as a former Financial Advisor, Ron is known for building strong partnerships, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a culture focused on business development and advisor success. His leadership has included supporting client engagement strategies, marketing initiatives, practice management efforts, and business building campaigns.

Ron is also a member of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s National Diversity & Inclusion Council, reflecting his commitment to cultivating an inclusive culture and supporting the continued growth and development of talent across the organization.

Ron earned his degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Outside of the office, he enjoys outdoor activities and dining out. Ron and his wife, Min, have twin sons, Ken and Fred, and a daughter, Ariana.

Breonni “Bre” Gantlin is a wealth management executive with extensive experience leading advisor development, driving business growth, and enhancing the client experience across large, complex organizations. She has led strategic initiatives that increased productivity, supported scalable growth, and ensured the disciplined execution of key firm priorities.

She began her financial services career at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a Wealth Advisor Associate and Financial Advisor. Prior to rejoining the firm, she held leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, where she served as the Division Practice Management Director, and at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where she was the Division Advisor Development Lead. In these roles, she led advisor training, delivered practice management strategies, and drove business results at scale.

Bre is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the founder of the Stephanie Saffold Memorial Scholarship, which supports educational equity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Mary Todd has over 20 years of experience within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management organization. Mary joined Morgan Stanley in 2000 and has held roles of Branch Manager’s Assistant, Area Manager’s Assistant and was promoted to be the Assistant to the National Director of Sales for Morgan Stanley. She has worked in the Northern Virginia Market since 2006 where she serves as Market Administrator coordinating Market finance and expense management, events, new hire onboarding and providing general support to the Market Manager and branch offices. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Spanish from Russell Sage College.

Mary currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband John, two sons Hunter & Colin. In her off time she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and music.

Rick Baray, CFA, CFP^® is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Northern Virginia and Western Maryland. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients’ and prospects’ financial planning needs.

Rick began his career in financial services in 2008 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2024. Prior to his current position, he was the Head of Financial Planning for a local wealth management firm, specializing in clients that are in or near retirement.

Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services, with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning, from San Diego State University. He furthered his education by earning both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Advanced Finance degree from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Rick is both a CFA Charterholder and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, combining rigorous quantitative skills with practical expertise. He takes pride in his ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for clients and colleagues.

Rick has resided in Washington, D.C. since 2020. Outside of his professional life, Rick is passionate about fitness and is a devoted animal lover. He shares his home with his three beloved dogs, who are an essential part of his life and bring him great joy.

Anika Walker is the Market Business Service Officer for the Northern Virginia/Western Maryland Market. She leads and supervises the business service functions across seven branches across two states.

Anika joined the firm in 2016 after holding several positions with various firms in the financial services industry. She has over 15 years of experience in operations, risk/compliance and client service. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Anika worked as an Administrative Manager with Merrill Edge. In this capacity, she was responsible for the supervision of approximately 40 Financial Solutions Advisors across the state of Virginia.

Anika is currently a member of the Morgan Stanley Mid-Atlantic Diversity and Inclusion Council (IDEAL). She also serves as a member of the Business Service Advisory Council.

Outside of work, Anika enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter. She has spent the last four years as a troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, which helps girls build confidence and become strong leaders.
