About Marcus Glover
Marcus Glover joined Morgan Stanley in January 2026 as an Executive Director, leading the Western Maryland sub-complex following a distinguished 20-year career at Wells Fargo. A seasoned wealth management executive, Marcus has held senior divisional and national leadership roles, with deep experience overseeing large-scale operations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Marcus is passionate about helping wealth management professionals thrive by aligning individual purpose with a clear strategic vision, paired with an actionable plan for execution.
Outside the firm, Marcus serves on the Board of Trustees for The St. Paul’s Schools in Brooklandville, Maryland, and volunteers as a youth basketball coach with the Lutherville-Timonium and Cockeysville Recreational Councils. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University, where he also met his wife, Claudia. Marcus and Claudia live in Lutherville, Maryland with their two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys time with family and friends—and the lifelong challenge of golf.
