About Richard G McLaughlin

For more than 34 years at Morgan Stanley, Rick has developed and delivered equity compensation plans for the team’s public company clients. As the leader of Chesapeake Group’s Corporate Executive Services practice, Rick focuses on 10b5-1 plan creation, Rule 144 transactions and wealth management for corporate executives. He has earned the designation of Executive Financial Services Director, awarded by Morgan Stanley to a limited number of advisors trained to design and manage insider transactions. He has also earned the Lending Specialist designation.

Rick received a Bachelors Degree in  History from Rutgers. Since beginning his career with Morgan Stanley in 2004, Patrick has focused on delivering proactive planning to clients of Chesapeake Group.  In his current role as Senior Vice President, he advises the firm’s private clients, tailoring a plan to each client’s specific goals, in concert with his or her other trusted advisors. About Dianna Rodgers

With more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dianna has spent her entire career with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. She brings a lot of experience to the table, having worked on many sides of the business that included Branch Operations Management, Client Service and Administrative Consulting work.

She joined The Chesapeake Group in 2014 and specializes in providing exceptional client service while safeguarding client assets with diligence and attentive care. She provides the team’s Financial Advisors with administrative and operational support, and assists the Stock Plan Team with trade execution and back-up support. Dianna is licensed in Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65.

Outside of work, Dianna enjoys travelling and staying active with her family. They love exploring the great outdoors together – sailing, hiking, camping, and taking day trips to just about anywhere.

About Mark Taylor

Mark joined The Chesapeake Group in 2018 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. He focuses on delivering superior value-added service to stock plan participants. With a strong work ethic and an attentive approach, he resolves inquiries with meticulous care and a keen understanding of clients’ larger financial goals. Mark is Series 7 licensed.

A graduate of Roanoke College, Mark played four years of collegiate soccer and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and continues to play two to three games of soccer per week.
