About Brandon Wiggins

Brandon Wiggins is an Executive Director and Market Executive for the state of Wisconsin. As a coach and mentor to Financial Advisors, he is dedicated to helping Advisors identify opportunities and create strategies to grow their business.

Brandon fosters an open and direct culture and has a highly supportive, entrepreneurial management style. He is adept at listening to Financial Advisors and grasping what’s most important to them. He encourages questions and tailors a sound, strategic plan to help them achieve their goals.

Brandon especially enjoys the relationships he has developed with Advisors over the years, helping them to
explore what is possible in their careers. His focus on always putting the clients’ interests first has helped Advisors reach new levels of success.

Prior to becoming a Market Executive Brandon served for three-and-a-half years as Branch Manager in Potomac, MD and two-and-a-half years as the Associate Complex Manager of the Central Maryland Complex with Morgan Stanley. Brandon began his career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and later became a Manager at Merrill.

Brandon holds a degree in finance and an M.B.A. from The University of Florida. A native of South Florida, Brandon is happily married to his high school sweetheart and the father of three young children.

About Abbey K. Eliason, CFP®, CRPC®

Abbey Eliason is the Business Development Manager for Morgan Stanley’s Wisconsin and Minnesota Markets. Abbey is committed to helping Financial Advisors to grow their business by connecting them to the right internal and external resources. By anticipating advisors’ needs and understanding their goals, Abbey is able to deliver the vast global resources of the firm to them on behalf of their clients. Abbey has always had a passion for helping clients to reach the goals they’ve set for themselves and their families.

Abbey is a born and raised Minnesotan and lives in the Minneapolis area. She enjoys spending time at her family’s cabin in northern MN, traveling, golfing and baking.

Abbey is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds the Series 7 and 66, licenses.

About Jennifer Faulkner

Sales leader looking to attract growth minded Financial Services individuals in the Milwaukee/Mequon area to the Morgan Stanley family.

Jennifer has over 30 years of Financial Service industry experience. She began her career in Canada trading financial and agricultural futures, and then became a Financial Advisor before moving to Chicago in 1999. She joined Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney) that same year, and during her tenure, has held several leadership roles; Operations Manager, Control Administrator, Business Development Manager, Associate Complex Manager and is now the Branch Manager for the Milwaukee Sub-Complex, which consists of the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. Each role has provided her insight and perspective into the many aspects of Wealth Management.

Jennifer is active in her community and volunteers at various food pantry locations and is an active member of the local Women in Wealth chapter at Morgan Stanley.

Jennifer and her husband Charlie live in Grafton, Wisconsin with their Golden Retriever Guinness. Her interests include outdoor adventure activities such as canoeing, camping, and riding her Harley. She also enjoys tennis, trail running, and experimenting with new recipes. She is an avid equestrian, and competed for many years in show jumping, equitation, and hunter events.

As branch manager for the Madison office Bill is a mentor and coach for time starved Advisors seeking a high touch/high tech practice. He helps them incorporate the latest time saving technology to automate repetitive processes so they can spend more time in front of Clients. He also acts as a curator to the vast resources of Morgan Stanley making a global firm feel local.



When he is not helping Advisors prepare for the next decade, Bill enjoys trail running, swimming, Prairie Architecture and has a voracious appetite for great books. He is also a proud MKE Fellows Mentor.

About John Bull

As Branch Manager, I take pride in my commitment to being an advocate for my Financial Advisors. My priority is coaching, developing and influencing the behavior of the Advisors I serve in order to help them leverage and improve their skills, build meaningful client relationships, and help successfully run their businesses. As a dedicated coach, my approach is built on an unwavering focus on individual skill development through open communication and honest feedback. I strive to enhance partnerships across business lines with a relentless commitment to thinking outside the box to help find more effective strategies.

I am proud to be working with a group of Advisors that seek to align beliefs in providing advice and guidance to clients throughout life’s financial opportunities and turning points.

A Minnesota native, I am in the midst of a transition to Green Bay with my wife, Hannah, and our two sons. My spare time is focused on my two passions: family and the outdoors. My wife and I stay active with the kids, riding bikes, hiking and spending time together. I love being outside and enjoy boating, fishing and chasing waterfowl.

About Bailey Woltjer

As Senior Risk Officer, Bailey leads the Wisconsin Market Risk Team utilizing her experience in sales, client service, operations, and risk to carry out supervisory and compliance functions for the market. Providing coaching and guidance to promote risk awareness, Bailey and team ensure proper procedures are in place to support employees and clients alike.

Beginning her career in banking as a college student working at institutions large and small, Bailey cares deeply about providing a high level of client service while focusing on ethics and compliance. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 in Grand Rapids, MI as a Service Associate, welcoming clients at the front desk and learning the business from the ground up. She obtained her licenses, including those required to supervise, within two years of coming to the Firm and joined the Service Leadership team as a Business Service Manager in 2015, serving the Greater Detroit area. In 2019, she transitioned to the role of Risk Officer, relocating to Mid-Michigan, eager to expand on her experience and further entrench herself in surveillance and supervision. During her tenure in this role, she served on several regional councils and working groups focused on operational excellence and training and development. In 2023, Bailey joined the Wisconsin Market Leadership team as Senior Risk Officer.

A strong believer in efficiency and the importance of process, Bailey also obtained her combined BBA/MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management from Davenport University.

Bailey lives in Historic Downtown Waukesha with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Rory. Outside of work, their family enjoys exploring outdoors, gardening, old houses, and all things “DIY”.

About Olivia Enriquez

Olivia joined Morgan Stanley in December of 2021 where she served as the Branch Administrator for the Madison office, primarily assisting with the integration of the two Madison branches. She later joined the Brookfield office as the Market Administrator for the Wisconsin Market. Olivia most enjoys leading in the organization of volunteer and philanthropic initiatives for the Wisconsin Market as giving back is one of the five core values that most resonates with her. She has created and lead the Brookfield Gives Back Committee which prioritizes selecting and implementing the Brookfield branch’s plans for their next volunteer initiatives. With Olivia’s help, the branch donated over 200 lbs. of peanut butter to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, over 5 bags of professional workwear for the Warhawk Success Closet at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, over 3 full bins of personal hygiene products for Life Navigators, decorated over 130 birthday cards for seniors at the Eras Senior Network, and spent more than 120 hours of volunteering this year alone.

Olivia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater who enjoys volunteering in her free time teaching English to refugees with Lutheran Social Services, and at the dog park or hiking with her dog, Mabel

About Tyson Abert

Tyson Abert is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Wisconsin, Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Tyson began his career in financial services in 2004. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, he served as a Business Development Manager and a Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Services.
Tyson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Illinois State University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He resides in Muskego,
Wisconsin, with his wife and three daughters.
Outside of the office, Tyson enjoys golfing, hunting, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Elizabeth Menteur is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Wisconsin.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Elizabeth began her career in financial services in 2013 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Registered Support Professional. She was promoted to a Regional Client Engagement Associate in 2019. Before being promoted to Private Banker in 2023, Elizabeth joined the Private Banking Group as an Associate Private Banker in 2021.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, she volunteers with Invest in Girls and is a mentor and financial education coach for high school students. Elizabeth enjoys traveling, painting and gluten free baking.
