About Jennifer Faulkner

I have the privilege of leading the Milwaukee Market, which includes both our Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. I truly believe that financial advisors thrive in an environment that encourages growth, inspires fresh ideas, and offers innovative support from its leadership team. Every day, I strive to create that kind of experience – one that makes a large firm feel small, connected, and collaborative.

As Branch Manager, I am passionate about working alongside advisors and teams to help them grow their businesses, refine their processes, and make the most of the incredible resources available through Morgan Stanley. Helping talented professionals reach their full potential is the best part of what I do.

Jennifer has a career spanning over 35 years in the Financial Service industry. She began her career in Canada trading financial and agricultural futures, and later transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor. In 1999, she moved to Chicago and joined Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney). Throughout her tenure, Jennifer has held various leadership positions including Operations Manager, Control Administrator, Business Development Manager, Associate Complex Manager, and currently services as the Branch Manager for the Milwaukee Market, overseeing the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. Her diverse roles have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the Wealth Management business.

Jennifer is actively involved in the community. She volunteers at local food pantries and participates in the Women in Wealth chapter at Morgan Stanley.

Jennifer resides in Grafton, Wisconsin, with her husband Charlie and their Golden Retriever, Guinness. She enjoys outdoor activities such as canoeing, camping, and riding her Harley. Her hobbies also include tennis, trail running, and experimenting with new recipes. She is an avid equestrian, and competed for many years in show jumping, equitation, and hunter events.

About Laurie Dadian

An experienced industry professional, Laurie has over four decades of expertise including time spent in operations, audit, and training at various points in her career. She has been invited to sit on many committees to lend her valuable opinion including the Operation Manager Advisory Council and the formative Risk Officer's Advisory Council.

About Princess Davis

I serve as the Business Service Officer for the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. I believe that that a true wealth management experience is the result of superb resources, efficient process, and exceptional advisor teams. Every day it is my mission to ensure that support professionals and their advisors are equipped with all the resources available to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to our clients.

Princess begun her career at Robert W. Baird in 2021 where she held numerous support roles and leadership roles including Operations Supervisor, and CS Essentials Program Manager. She now serves as the Business Service Officer for the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. Princess is passionate about efficiency of process, development of support professionals and providing an excellent client experience. Her experience in training and development has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of advisor teams and their specialized approaches to Wealth Management.

Princess resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with her partner and two tabby cats, Ember, and Jinx. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crafting, and exploring new restaurants.

About Elizabeth Menteur

Elizabeth Menteur is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Wisconsin.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Elizabeth began her career in financial services in 2013 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Registered Support Professional. She was promoted to a Regional Client Engagement Associate in 2019. Before being promoted to Private Banker in 2023, Elizabeth joined the Private Banking Group as an Associate Private Banker in 2021.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, she volunteers with Invest in Girls and is a mentor and financial education coach for high school students. Elizabeth enjoys traveling, painting and gluten free baking.

About Nate Zeller

Nate Zeller is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas. He is responsible for working with Financial Advisors for advanced planning consultations and coaching.

Nate brings over 25 years of industry experience, having begun his career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1999 and rejoining the firm in 2024. In between stints, he held various roles at other firms, including leadership positions with U.S. Bank and Ameriprise in their Trust and Wealth Management areas. Prior to his current position, he worked at a registered investment advisor focused on retirement planning.

Nate graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. Nate and his wife are the parents of two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and being outdoors.

About Mamta Shah

Mamta Shah is the Head of Trust Services Business Development based in Chicago, covering the Midwest Region as the Trust Specialist. Morgan Stanley provides a full array of personal and institutional trust services to high-net-worth clients of the firm. Mamta’s responsibilities include educating Financial Advisors and their clients on the open architecture trust service model and helping them identify opportunities to leverage the trust partners on the platform.
 
Before joining Trust Services in 2010, she was the Wealth Analyst with the Chicago based Wealth Planning Center at Morgan Stanley. Mamta was responsible for providing information and education on a full range of income and estate tax issues.
 
Prior to joining the Planning Center team in 2006, Mamta was Vice President of an Independent Investment Advisory Firm. She worked closely with the clients of the firm on a variety of financial planning and investment advisory services.
 
Mamta obtained her bachelor’s degree from Babson College with a major in Finance/Entrepreneurship. Mamta is a licensed CPA and a CFP®. She has been in the financial services industry since 1999. She is Series 7, 63, 65 and life/health insurance licensed. She is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. She lives in Chicago with her family.

About Dennis Frantsve

Dennis Frantsve is the Alternative Investments Sales Director for the Great Lakes region. He leads the firm’s effort in delivering Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive platform of Alternative Investment strategies, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Hedge Fund Solutions, to wealth management clients within the region.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Dennis spent 14 years at Merrill Lynch in a variety of positions. Most recently, Dennis was the Regional Sales Manager for Alternative Investment for the Midwestern United States. Prior to this role, Dennis worked in Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets Division as an Institutional Equity Derivatives salesperson and within their Senior Relationship Management team. Dennis joined Merrill Lynch from a summer MBA internship program in 2008.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Dennis served as a CH-46E assault helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps, with several deployments including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2004. He retired from the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 2018 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is decorated with the Air Medal (Strike/Flight Device number 2), the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy Achievement medal.

Dennis holds an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter holder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) charter holder.

About Chad Lowry

Chad Lowry is a Training Specialist for the Mid-America Region. He covers the Wisconsin, Chicago North, and Chicago West markets and lives in the NW Chicago suburbs. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2025. Prior to that, he spent 23 years at Morningstar where he most recently led a team of Instructional Designers and Technical Writers who taught Wealth Managers and Asset Managers alike how to use various software platforms from the company. He holds a Master’s degree in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University. His undergraduate degree is in History from Loyola University Chicago. One time, he ran a marathon.

About Rick Effer

Rick is an experienced senior level executive of sales & business development, marketing & brand strategy, and operations with thirty-seven years of demonstrated success in the Financial Services and Consumer Package Goods industries.

As an Insured Solutions Director with Morgan Stanley, joining in 2013, Rick is a subject matter expert for annuity, life insurance, long-term care, disability, property & casualty, private placement, structured settlement and captive insurance solutions. He supports financial advisors and high net worth /ultra-high net worth clients and business owners with their risk management strategies.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Rick was a senior partner with a 100 year old, self-clearing broker dealer. Before that, he "carried the bag" as a wholesaler with The Hartford and Sun Life Financial.

Rick's working career started with a fifteen year stint at Anheuser-Busch, where he held a variety of senior positions within the sales and marketing organization.

Rick holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University. He is philanthropically inclined, serving on the Ursuline Academy Board of Trustees, as a Regional Director for Folds of Honor, board member for Kairos Prison Ministry International as well as an advocate for providing educational opportunities for under-served children. He lives in St. Louis with his wife, Diane, and enjoys visiting their three grown children.
