About Colleen Langs
With over 30 years in the financial industry, Colleen Langs applies her experience and extensive knowledge to create a personalized consulting experience for her clients and their families. She has comprehensive and advanced training in financial planning, which includes the completion of education required for the designation of Certified Financial Planner, CFP. She generates financial plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, wants and needs. Her areas of focus include asset allocation modeling and portfolio construction for individuals, families, and foundations.
Colleen received her BA from California State University, Chico. After college she worked at various investment firms including 13 years at Charles Schwab & Co. She transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2012.
Colleen and her husband, Dennis, reside in the Roseville area with their two dogs, Bella Blue and Hanlee, and cat, Gunnie.. She has two adult children Amanda and Olivia . In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and all outdoor activities.

About Jeffrey Auwinger
Jeffrey Auwinger is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Throughout his nearly two decades in the industry, Jeff has worked diligently to help individual investors, small business owners, and families develop clear financial plans for long-term success.
A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Finance, Jeff entered the financial industry as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. In 2005, he transitioned to an Associate Vice President of Investments role at Wells Fargo. He then undertook rigorous coursework to earn his Certified Financial Planner® designation, which helps him incorporate all aspects of his clients’ lives into their wealth management plans. In 2018, Jeff returned to Morgan Stanley and assumed his current role.
Jeff’s role is to help clients craft and execute robust financial plans to help protect and grow their assets for decades to come. Because multigenerational preservation and growth is a common goal for his clients––he also makes time for education. Beyond answering his clients’ questions, Jeff meets with his clients’ family to help keep everyone on the same page. In recognition of his intense dedication and service to his clients, Jeff has been named a “5 Star Financial Advisor” for five consecutive years (2012-2016.)
Outside the office, Jeff lives in Loomis, CA with his family. He enjoys staying active with ultra-trail running, competing in Spartan races, biking, and hiking with his wife and son.

About Sean Lavin
Sean is a Regional Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley based in Los Angeles. He is responsible for supporting Private Wealth Advisors and their clients’ legal counsel in developing trust and fiduciary solutions for families, institutions and charities. Sean works closely with clients and their legal and strategic advisors to help educate them on appropriate trust vehicles designed to meet the clients’ specific goals and objectives. Sean also provides advice on how to utilize the fiduciary services available through the Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive third party trustee platform that is available to clients.
Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 including several years as a Senior Vice President and Regional Trust Specialist with Smith Barney and Citi Trust. Prior to then, Sean was a Senior Trust Officer with Merrill Lynch / Bank of America.
Sean graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received his master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Clint Eddy is an Executive Director with the Family Office Resources (FOR) team at Morgan Stanley. As a Generalist with FOR he helps clients and Advisors curate and navigate an expansive suite of highly specialized resources to address the complex, multifaceted challenges of managing significant wealth so clients may make complicated decisions confidently.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Clint was a Wealth Strategist at Merrill Lynch for over 15 years. Clint also practiced tax and business law at the law firm of Fox Rothschild for over six years. He was a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax and Corporate Transactions groups. Clint is a member of Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and is actively involved in the WSBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust section. He is the co-author of the Washington Partnership and Limited Liability Company Deskbook and was named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
