We are a financial planning practice that is focused on understanding our clients to the best of our ability so that we can offer sound and appropriate advice. We act as your personal CFO and develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies around your goals, needs and concerns to help guide you on your financial journey. We do so through our consultative process, where we gain an understanding of you and your family and what you want to achieve with your wealth. We then utilize our financial planning software which documents your current situation and goals and in turn creates a roadmap to achieving these goals. Meet The Osborn Group

About David Osborn

David began his financial services career in 1986, joining Morgan Stanley in 2021 after spending 25 years with Merrill Lynch. He holds Series 6, 7, 22, 62, 63 and 66 FINRA registrations. David also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor credentials, as well as being an Accredited Estate Planner through the National Association of Estate Planning Councils. In addition to helping clients build long term investment strategies, David helps families and business owners focus on their wealth transfer, philanthropic and succession planning goals. David has a unique combination of experience and training in estate planning, working closely with their attorneys and accountants in developing customized strategies.

David graduated from Emmaus High School, Emmaus PA, followed by a couple years of college business studies. That led to a sales and sales management career with Frito-Lay, a world leader in the snack food industry, achieving several accolades for managing leading sales territories. This was followed by, in 1986, a major career change pursuing a desire to help families identify and develop goals for their financial well-being and aspirations.

About Tony Gist

Tony Gist is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Pennsylvania.

Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Tony began his career in financial services in 2011 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he held various roles within the Retail Bank industry including Licensed Banker and Branch Manager.

Tony is a graduate of Fairmont State College where he received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. He and his family currently reside in York, PA. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, fishing, watching college football and attending concerts.
