Managing Director Skip Moosher and Senior Vice President Tim Thompson have built a diverse team of thoughtful, engaging and committed professionals that span ages, generations and approaches to the wealth management of over $2 billion in client assets*, creating a group that challenges each other’s ideas in pursuit of the best outcomes for the successful professionals, business owners and foundations we serve.

International Wealth Management
International Wealth Management is a specialized area within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management that is dedicated to serving individuals, families, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and corporate stock plan managers who live outside the United States. About Skip Moosher
With over 38 years of experience at the firm, Skip acts as the senior partner of the Independence Wealth Management Group in Washington, DC, overseeing assets under management in excess of $2 billion (as of March 2024). Skip has built his career around hard work and doing the right thing for his clients, colleagues and the community. He has thoughtfully assembled a team of talented financial professionals at Independence Wealth, instilling them with a client-first focus and dedication to trusting relationships. Sharing his experience with fellow team members and supporting their professional development are key tenets of the team’s success.

About Charles W. Boylan
Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Chaz has earned the International Client Advisor designation which enables him to work with clients in over 40 jurisdictions globally. He also possesses deep understanding of the firm’s offshore trading and foreign exchange capabilities. More broadly, Chaz supports client engagement and thoughtfully customizes asset allocation models through extensive manager analysis and goals-based planning. His areas of concentration include facilitating strategic partnerships and supporting the team’s investment committee through research and analytical tools. About Mackenzie Mendoza
As a Client Service Associate, Mackenzie is the go-to resource for all client requests and inquiries. Mackenzie plays an integral role in onboarding new clients both domestically and internationally. in support of our international business. In addition, she enhances existing client relationships through outstanding service and timely knowledge and application of Morgan Stanley resources. Mackenzie also supports our risk management efforts to ensurethrough proper due diligence of U.S. and non-resident client accounts and to ensure the safeguarding of client assets.
Mackenzie began her career with Morgan Stanley in 2017 on the institutional trading operations team for fixed income securities and municipal bonds. She joined Independence Wealth Management in 2019.
A native of upstate New York, Mackenzie graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Binghamton University, State University of New York. She now lives on New York’s Long Island with her husband and two young boys. Together, they enjoy exploring Long Island and attending Red Bulls soccer games.

Brian brings more than 14 years of financial services experience to his role as a Senior Client Service Associate. As a key member of the team, Brian assists with administrative functions such as client onboarding and timely fulfillment of existing client requests. Through careful and detailed monitoring of client accounts, he also keeps his colleagues up to date on any notable items that require further action. In addition, Brian regularly shares information with the team on pertinent Morgan Stanley and financial industry updates.

Tolu began his career in financial services in 2007, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Client Advisor at PNC Private Bank. He also served as a Wealth Management Banker and Investment Service Adviser for Merrill Lynch.
