About John Del Mauro

John is a graduate of Villanova University in Villanova, PA where he received his B.A. in Finance. He spent the first 5 years of his career on the foreign exchange sales and trading desk at Forex Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank DBFX, both located in New York, NY.

John moved to Global Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch in 2011 to begin The Del Mauro Group focusing on Private Banking and Investment Management for high-net-worth families. He partnered with two other advisors to create a team that quickly became one of Merrill Lynch’s most recognized and fastest growing teams in the Merrill Lynch roster of Wealth Advisors. John made a transition to Morgan Stanley in the Summer of 2017. In 2022, The Hudson Legacy Group was formed at Morgan Stanley. John has been named by Five Star Professional as a Five Star Wealth Manager from 2019 - 2024. John has recently been named to Morgan Stanley's prestigious Century Club, a group of the Firm's successful Financial Advisors.

On a personal basis, John currently lives in Westfield, NJ with his wife, Josephine, and children John, Lily and Mia. In his free time, John coaches his children’s baseball and softball teams. He has been an active member in the Hudson/Bergen County Big Brother Big Sisters for over 15 years. John is a member of the Villanova Financial Club and volunteers as a mentor for rising juniors at Villanova University.
