      About Me

      Since 2004, Mark has been helping clients design and implement customized plans to address their financial needs and achieve their most important goals. With his analytical mind and attention to detail, Mark is adept at assembling and coordinating all the tools and resources clients need to help accomplish their objectives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), he upholds a standard of excellence for proficient and ethical personal financial planning that prioritizes his clients’ best interests and individual needs, from education funding and retirement planning, to estate guidance, and insurance strategies.
      Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mark was a Program Manager at Concurrent Technologies Corporation as well as an aerospace engineer at United Technologies. Mark also served in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Engineer aboard the USS Bainbridge. He earned his B.S. in Engineering from Boston University and his M.S. in Management from the University of South Florida. With his diverse engineering and military background, Mark is a natural problem solver who brings value to our clients through a unique blend of structure, and pragmatism.
      Born and raised in Massachusetts, Mark currently resides in Silverdale. When he’s not working, Mark enjoys snowboarding, golfing and gardening. An active member of the community, he is an ardent supporter of Hospice of Kitsap County, and Kitsap Mental Health.

      About Me

      Cooper brings a balance of youthful enthusiasm and experience in financial planning for clients with complex wealth management needs. Along with his emphasis on goals-based financial analysis and planning, he is also well-versed on strategies for tax efficiency, philanthropic giving, retirement and estate planning and diversification of concentrated stock positions. Cooper is dedicated to building long-term relationships by making himself available to our clients and helping them to bridge the gap between generations.

      Cooper joined The Hartman Group in 2016 from an existing Morgan Stanley team where he served as the sole financial planner for a sophisticated clientele of ultra-high net worth individuals. He earned his B.A. in Business Economics from Seattle University and has always been laser-focused on using his economic and financial knowledge to help people and their families put their wealth to work.

      Raised in Seattle, Cooper moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014. An avid runner, Cooper also enjoys hiking, working out, and snowboarding. He is a member of the Next Generation Council at the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco. This council comprises a select group of next generation individuals at the top of their fields who want to make an early impact on the youth community in the Bay Area.

      A seasoned professional who has been with Morgan Stanley for more than 35 years, Lori is adept at problem solving and taking care of client concerns. In addition to assisting with asset gathering, estate processing and legal transfers, she is responsible for handling team communications and ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
      Lori joined The Hartman Group in 2005. Her long tenure at Morgan Stanley gives her deep insight into the expertise, services and solutions available at the Firm, which helps our clients make the most out of their relationship with us.
      Lori lives in Seabeck with her husband, Bobby, who is a Battalion Chief with Navy Region NW Fire and Emergency Services. In her spare time, Lori enjoys being outdoors, gardening and training her Labrador Retriever, Bailey. An active member of the community, she is involved with the Central Kitsap Food Bank and the Kitsap Humane Society.

      Since joining The Hartman Group in 2017, Colleen has been delivering exceptional service to our clients. Her responsibilities include handling account processing, account maintenance, transfers, and client requests. Her amicable personality and attention to detail help us win the trust and confidence of our clients.

      Colleen came to Morgan Stanley in 2017 after working for seventeen years as a Director with the YMCA. She is new to the financial services industry and looks forward to making a difference in people’s lives. Colleen is actively pursuing additional educational opportunities to advance her financial knowledge and our client’s financial health. 

      She was born and raised in Massachusetts and now resides in Bremerton with the youngest of her three children, Jessie, and their three rescue dogs.
