Our team serves as a virtual family office providing ongoing integration of traditional investment management with all other aspects of wealth planning needs as well as providing concierge luxury services. We use customized, comprehensive reporting services1 designed to harmonize a client’s many related details across family members’ structural entities in an effort to better inform decision making across disciplines. Using Morgan Stanley and external planning resources2 we assist in developing long range financial plans as well as utilize a system of ongoing daily care, governance and procedures to seek to optimize outcomes across lifetimes and generations. This means we assist clients’ coordination of internal and external advisors (attorneys, accountants, trust officers, and others) providing flexibility to fit long range planning endeavors as well as daily actionable administrative needs. For many years, our team has developed this consultative, integrated, multidisciplinary process to wealth management that seeks to advise, research, service, manage and simplify the details of clients’ financial lives.

About Me

Kathleen Youngerman CFP has over 26 years of wealth advisory experience. In 2005 Kathleen joined the Smith Barney/Citi Family Office division pre-Morgan Stanley merger. She is one of approximately 400 advisors who are a part of the elite Private Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley. This business unit provides a comprehensive wealth management approach with an expertise in complex financial structuring, tax/estate strategies and family office services such as philanthropy and family governance. Kathleen, the senior member of Harmony Family Office, serves high net worth to ultra-high net worth, multi-generational families with liquid investment as well as illiquid assets that consist of privately held companies, commercial real estate holdings and private art & auto collections. About one third of these clients have significant philanthropic endeavors and entities. Kathleen manages the team’s comprehensive financial planning and reporting services. Integrating the details of clients’ complex financial lives includes advising, managing and researching opportunities and risks, as well as overseeing and assisting with the financial implications of their day–to-day legal, tax, cash flow and accounting requirements. Kathleen has experience in managing complex financial structures, tax/estate strategies and delivery of family office services such as philanthropy and family governance. She has developed a focus and concentration on clients’ monetization and liquidity planning for privately held companies and concentrated public stock holdings.

For many clients this includes a HFO Portfolio Management component. She oversees a team of 6 local office professionals and serves as the chairman of the Harmony Family Office investment committee with capital responsibilities of 570 million+ in assets a/o December 31, 2016. She is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Office’s 160 million+ core portfolio a/o December 31, 2016 comprised of individual stocks and bonds.

About Me

Henry joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 and has obtained his series 7 and 66 licenses as well as the internal Financial Planning Specialist designation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Missouri, where he also taught Macro-Economics as a supplemental instructor. Henry was the recipient of the prestigious Presidential Fellowship Award from the Harmon School of Business for his exceptional undergraduate work and involvement in the Economic and Legal Studies department.

Henry has extensive involvement in the community including but not limited to: Youth Lifeline America, The Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, and the Friends of Normandy Foundation Board. Henry was recently named to the Inaugural class of the Regional Business Council’s Young Professional Network Leadership 100 group as well as participating in the second cohort of the Consortium for Leadership Development which is a rigorous one year professional development program. Henry lives in St. Louis with his wife and three children.

In addition, she provides a high level of necessary experience for our particular clients' needs to include cash management solutions, retirement plans, deferred compensation, stock option plans and insurance.

Over the years she has held a variety of positions at her previous firm from cashier to Financial Advisor This has provided her with a unique skill set as the Wealth Management Associate who orchestrates the integration of our service offerings and detailed solutions for our client's complex needs33
