Andy joined the financial services industry in 1992 after spending 13 years as a collegiate football coach at Tulane University, University of Arizona, Bowling Green State University and The University of Notre Dame.

Our team's focus is on working with football coaches and their families throughout the NFL and college football. Andy has been a member of the American Football Coaches Association since 1979.

Andy earned his bachelor's degree from Tulane University and master's degree from The University of Notre Dame. Andy and his wife, Terri, have five children and eight grandchildren. Originally from Sarasota, FL, Andy enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and traveling.

Mark Melichar is a Financial Advisor and Vice President who joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in March 2023 after 11 years at Merrill Lynch.

Mark graduated from Mississippi State University in December 2011, earning both his B.S. and M.S. from the University. Mark was a four year letterman for the Mississippi State Football team and five time Academic All-SEC member. He also was awarded the Brad Davis Post Graduate Scholarship from the Southeastern Conference in 2011.

Mark grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and resides in North Shelby County. He and his wife Mallie have three children-Langston, Manning and Ledger.

Lily’s primary role is overseeing daily business operations, while effectively managing the overall workflow and operations of the team. Lily is an efficient problem solver with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships with a high level of service.

Lily is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration. She majored in Finance with a concentration in Economics. Lily resides in Birmingham with her golden retriever, Franklin.

Whitney Syme is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley
Wealth Management offices in Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida.

Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Whitney began her career in financial services in 2006 when she joined Morgan Stanley. Prior to her current role she served as a Business Development Associate and as a Senior Complex Service Manager.

Whitney is a graduate of the Auburn University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her family. Whitney is a member of the Big Oak Ranch Auxiliary and Vestavia Hills Elementary Cahaba Heights Parent Teacher Organization. Outside of the office, Whitney enjoys painting, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Brandon Marsh, CPWA® is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Alabama, Arkansas, and the Florida Panhandle. Brandon is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Brandon began his career in financial services as a financial analyst upon graduating from college and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. His career in the financial services industry spans more than 21 years, during which time he has held roles in various aspects of the industry, including fixed income, asset liability, portfolio management, and derivative experience. Brandon’s scope of experience lends delivering guidance and skilled focus to clients on a variety of areas of financial planning concerns.
