"You deserve a financial advisory team who shares your vision, earns your trust and works diligently to help you attain the life you desire for yourself and your family.”

Many financial professionals talk about wealth management, but we believe few actually practice it. For us, wealth management means more than offering our clients investment advice. It means helping them maintain the financial independence they’ve worked their whole lives to achieve. It means striving to ensure they have the means to pursue what’s most important to them. And it means understanding them as people with unique goals, values and circumstances that determine the strategies we employ on their behalf. You'll find us to be people who share your vision and work diligently to earn your trust and help you fulfill your fondest aspirations.

We look forward to having an opportunity to explore how we might be of service with your wealth management needs.

Our Clients

We care a great deal about our clients. That’s why we only work with a limited number of them. We find that by maximizing our involvement, we can provide clients with the attention they deserve and personalized advice that can help them meet their most challenging objectives.

You can look to us for assistance in helping you develop strategies for:
Professional Investment Management
We provide investment management for our individual and institutional clients on a fully discretionary basis as part of the Portfolio Management Program at Morgan Stanley to help meet your specific needs. The program was established in 1979 to provide individual investors with a level of personalized portfolio management typically reserved for major institutional investors. As Portfolio Management Directors we have been qualified by the firm to independently manage client assets based on advanced training, experience, and commitment to service.
Estate Planning Strategies and Trusts
Leaving a legacy to loved ones is as important an objective for many of our clients as creating that legacy through prudent investments. We can help you develop a plan that helps ensure your assets will be used as you intend them to be. And through the judicious use of trusts, beneficiary designation and other estate planning techniques, we can strive to reduce potential tax erosion of the assets you’ve worked a lifetime to accumulate.
Family Office Services
With Morgan Stanley’s extensive expertise in this area, the strategy we develop together can address such concerns as:

- Maintaining family unity across generations by focusing on family mission, governance, conflict management and family endowments
- Determining how to support favorite charities in the most beneficial way possible
- Developing cost-effective liquidity solutions
- Establishing and managing trusts without assuming responsibility for managing financial and non-financial assets
Financial Planning for Individuals
We offer comprehensive financial planning services for client needs which include recommendations for assets, liabilities, cash flow, wealth transfer and asset protection. Separate analyses are available to address such specific needs as education funding, retirement income, insurance, and charitable giving.

Working With You

The relationship we develop with our clients may be different from those you’ve formed with other financial professionals. Certainly, we want to know about your finances and investment portfolio, but we also want to understand your fondest aspirations and how you hope to achieve them, your feelings about where you are and where you hope to be and, of course, your fears about what might prevent you from getting what you want.

We believe in planning. Comprehensive, formal financial planning that documents all your most pressing objectives and details a strategy designed to help you reach them.

Our planning process involves four distinct phases:
1. Understanding your needs
Our initial conversations are in-depth. We’ll ask you about your assets, liabilities and cash flow needs, but we’ll also discuss the hopes, values, preferences, and attitudes that might influence your future activities.
2. Creating your plan
We analyze your input and develop a formal financial plan that contains specific recommendations designed to meet the objectives you established. Recommendations may encompass such varied disciplines as retirement planning, business continuation, tax minimization and wealth transfer. But importantly, the strategies we formulate are designed to work in concert with each other, so that implementing one will not adversely affect your ability to implement another.
3. Executing your plan
After presenting your plan to you, we work closely with you to bring it to life. That may involve consultation with Morgan Stanley experts to help you restructure debt, pursue philanthropic interests, or perhaps leave a legacy that reflects your wishes and potentially minimizes estate tax. We will also work with you to develop an appropriate asset allocation for your investment portfolio that is based on your objectives, timeframe and risk tolerance. And we will help you implement that allocation with carefully conceived investment ideas or outside money managers who make day-to-day investment decisions on your behalf.
4. Monitoring your progress
As you would expect, we believe that ongoing communication is a vital component of our relationship. You can expect to talk to us often, so that we are always aware of any changes in your life that might require new financial approaches or an adjustment to your existing strategy.

Experience

In both our lives and work, we are guided by the following principles:

• Listen carefully and actively
• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Give highly individualized attention
• Seek to provide strategies to your unique goals and objectives
• Work toward achieving tangible results
• Focus on the best interests of the people in our lives
