Levi grew up enjoying the outdoors in Alaska, where he taught as a ski instructor and earned a B.A. from the University of Alaska. As a third generation pilot, Levi learned to fly bush planes from his father. Before his career as a Financial Advisor, Levi spent a decade working in public affairs, specializing in media relations and issue advocacy in roles that spanned from Sacramento to Washington, D.C.

A strong believer in the importance of investing in community, Levi serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club, Chico Chamber of Commerce, and is an active Rotarian. Levi and his wife Laura live in Chico with their two young children.

Born in Chico, Elliott grew up working on the family farm alongside his father and grandfather.  He discovered his passion for financial services after starting in the lending industry in 2005. In 2009, Elliott began his financial planning career with J.P. Morgan and in 2014 moved his practice to Morgan Stanley. He focuses on complete financial planning, advising clients on how to save for college, how to generate income in retirement, estate planning strategies and everything in between. Elliott has a particular talent for making complex financial topics simple and easy to understand.

Elliott feels a strong responsibility to his community, volunteering to serve on the 2016/2017 Butte County Grand Jury and actively serves on the governing board of the Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley. He married his wife Jenn in 2010 and together they have 3 children, Scarlet, Oliver and Piper.  In his spare time, Elliott enjoys fishing, restoring Ford Mustangs, gardening/farming, smoking meats and wine tasting.

Lindsay has been providing comprehensive Financial Planning and Wealth Management to her clients since 2005. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families in evaluating where they stand in relation to their financial goals and implementing the appropriate strategies designed to accomplishing them. Lindsay has developed complex strategies for tax efficiency, wealth accumulation, and retirement income as well as Estate Planning and charitable giving. But most of all, she cherishes the long standing relationships she has established over the years with her clients and their families, striving to understand their evolving needs and collaborating on the road map to their achievements.
Lindsay has loved being able to travel the world and lived in Paris, France after studying philosophy at California State University, Sacramento. She then returned to her hometown to build her career in Northern California and now spends her time with her young son exploring the Sierra Foothills where they live.

As a Portfolio Associate Meliah has earned her series 7, and series 66 securities licenses making her uniquely qualified to handle the full spectrum of your service needs. Meliah joined Morgan Stanley in 1999, and prior to joining our team worked in operations as Senior Registered Service Associate. Meliah's education and vast experience will allow us to continue to deliver the high level of personalized service that you deserve.

Lauren grew up outside of San Francisco and earned her undergraduate degree in Business of Agriculture at Chico State University. She began her career in the mortgage industry where her driven work ethic, attention to detail and client-first approach led her to quickly rise as a service specialist and trusted industry expert. Lauren transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the BEVL Group service team. Lauren values building relationships with clients and couldn’t be more enthusiastic to work with you.

Lauren lives near Chico with her husband Logan, and their three young children.

Tim Parsons is a Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he applies his experience and dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals. With a positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent customer service, he is known for his problem-solving skills and approachability. Outside of work, Tim enjoys hitting the slopes, golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughter, who are his greatest inspirations. Tim met his wife in the Sac State Snowboard Club while attending college at Sacramento State University, where he earned his Degree in Finance.
