Our Process

Our wealth management approach focuses on you, your family, and your career - where you are today and where you want to go. Working together, we develop the strategies to help you get there, navigating life's challenges and helping you make more informed decisions about your wealth.

    Icon Image
    Introductory Call

We begin with an informal conversation to understand your financial concerns and determine how we can add value. If we all agree to move forward, we'll schedule our next meeting and request important financial information.

    Icon Image
    Discovery Meeting

We continue the dialogue by fostering an in-depth conversation where we learn about the values that shape your decisions and identify any unique circumstances. We also review the documents you've prepared and define your priorities.

    Icon Image
    Analysis and Plan Development

Here, we utilize proprietary financial planning to develop a personalized and detailed plan with recommendations to help you grow, preserve, and transfer wealth.

    Icon Image
    Implementation

In this step, we present appropriate strategies that are designed to work together to achieve your goals. Upon your approval, we open new accounts for you at Morgan Stanley and initiate our investment recommendations. We also begin to implement other strategies we've discussed. These often encompass tax minimization strategies, as well as risk management techniques.

    Icon Image
    Monitoring and Performance Tracking

We will be closely monitoring your assets and analyzing the performance tracking data to help ensure your plan is staying on track and your financial needs are being met.

How We Work For You

Regardless of what stage your life is in—moving ahead in your career, enjoying retirement, or somewhere in between—as your Financial Advisors, we can help you pursue your financial goals with a coordinated approach that supports both your day-to-day needs and long-term legacy objectives.
Using a suite of tools that includes goal-specific analysis, we can work with you to create a realistic, holistic strategy that integrates the various aspects of your financial life, including your investments and cash management needs. Together, we can create a personal roadmap designed to help achieve and protect your goals—a framework that connects your life goals with your financial resources and provides a baseline for future discussions.

Planning Areas We Support
  • Manage Debt - We thoroughly review your loans, credit cards, and any other debts to help identify opportunities to reduce interest costs and develop a clear payoff timeline by prioritizing which obligations to address first.
  • Insurance - We take a close look at your financial profile to determine what types of insurance may fit your needs and whether your current coverage aligns with your goals.
  • Retirement - Leading up to and through retirement, The Seven Isles Intracoastal Group helps you identify appropriate ways to obtain the income you need and stay on track toward your financial goals.
  • Managing Investments - We help oversee your retirement accounts and other investments based on your comfort level with risk and your tax circumstances, tailoring your strategy to your unique situation, needs, and goals.
  • Estate Planning Strategies - Regardless of your current financial circumstances, it is crucial to have a backup plan for your money. We regularly review your finances with you and coordinate with your estate attorney to help support your wishes in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • 2026 Tax Tables - This helpful resource outlines the 2026 tax rate schedule, education and health savings account limits, retirement contribution and deduction limits, among other information. With tax season seemingly always right around the corner, it’s best to be as informed as possible.
Trust & Estate Planning: Integrating Legacy Into Your Financial Plan
  • Trust and estate planning can be an important extension of comprehensive financial planning—supporting how assets are managed during life, how they may be transferred, and how family needs may be addressed over time. A trust fund may be set up to help control and manage assets (including for senior clients), and these arrangements typically involve three key parties: Grantor (the client): Creates the trust and contributes assets Trustee: Holds fiduciary responsibility to manage and administer the trust under the trust document in a manner most advantageous to the beneficiaries Beneficiaries: Individuals or entities intended to benefit from the trust
  • Living Trust - Created during the lifetime of the grantor.
  • Testamentary Trust - Created under a will
  • Revocable Trust - While the grantor is alive, the trust can generally be amended or revoked, and income is generally paid to the grantor. Often used as a will substitute and may help avoid probate for assets contributed to the trust
  • Irrevocable Trust - Typically cannot be easily amended or revoked. Assets contributed are generally completed gifts and no longer belong to the grantor—often removing those assets from the grantor’s estate and generally avoiding probate for those assets.
  • Special Needs Trust (SNT) - An irrevocable trust designed to help ensure that a beneficiary with a disability can enjoy the use of property held in trust for their benefit.
