Tess Paez is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across the financial services industry. She currently serves as First Vice President-Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where she provides strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex financial decisions and pursue long-term wealth goals.
Tess’s career reflects a dynamic progression-from loan analyst and mortgage loan officer to trusted financial advisor-shaped by a strong analytical foundation and a client-centered approach. Prior to entering the financial sector, she worked as a Brand Manager at Allied Domecq, a global leader in wine and spirits. There, she developed experience in planning, market analysis, and business management-skills she continues to apply in crafting thoughtful, results-driven financial strategies. She earned her undergraduate degree in Management at the University of Santo Tomas and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University. Her academic background, combined with decades of industry experience, supports her meticulous approach to planning and her commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions.
Outside of her professional life, Tess enjoys traveling with her husband and their son, exploring new cultures and destinations. She also values staying active through walking and biking, and finds relaxation and inspiration in reading.
