Through her 25 years at the firm, Jayme has been committed to providing outstanding service to all employees and strongly encourages those around her, both internal to the Firm and external, to “Give Back.”

Jayme’s passion for helping others was deeply influenced by the loss of her mother when she was just eight years old; and being on her own at the young age of 14. Her passion for school and sports was the anchor that kept her grounded. Jayme began her career in 1998 at Solomon Smith Barney in Dallas, Texas. Over the last 10 years she has organized numerous fundraisers that raised millions of dollars. Jayme recognized the importance to not only give monetarily back to your community, but also your time, advice and your insight. Jayme is a founding board member of W@MS, a group of employees who have a mission to promote transformative change for Women at MS through activities focused on professional development, networking, civic engagement and recruiting within our firm and within our communities. Their goal is to inspire Women to Work, Invest and Lead with Passion & Purpose. Due to her hard work, she was one of the 2017 recipients of the firms MAKERS award. MAKERS serve as groundbreakers, innovators and advocates who sponsor and champion women’s advancement within the firm.

An award winning, 3-sport athlete in high school, Jayme continued her athletic career and education at Community Colleges in both, Everett, Washington & Dallas, Texas on basketball and softball scholarships. Her passion for sports led her to coach multiple sports for her daughters. Jayme is married to her husband of 18 years and they have two girls ages 14 & 16. In her free time she enjoys just about everything, but receives the most enjoyment from anything her children are involved in.
