About Brent Gray
Brent has been in the industry for over 20 years, joining Morgan Stanley in 2016 after spending 13 years with a prior firm in a variety of roles including Financial Advisor, Manager in Arizona and California and Senior Manager for Western Washington and Oregon. Brent has held a variety of roles at Morgan Stanley including Producing Branch Manager, Associate Complex Manager and my current role of Branch Manager and Seattle Sub-Complex Manager.
As a father of 3 girls, all of whom he coached as athletes, Brent has made it a priority to coach women at Morgan Stanley and in other organizations that support women. Brent’s goal is to support women by providing training, information, and assistance necessary to meet the unique financial challenges they face head on and with confidence. Brent’s hope is to make the world a better place by providing women opportunities professionally, empowering them in their lives, and increasing their confidence in their financial future.
Brent is Canadian by birth. He grew up primarily overseas in Brussels Belgium, attending an International school and as of 2015 is also an American citizen. Brent believes his life experience has shaped his beliefs around the benefits and strength diversity provides. One of Brent’s primary goals is to have the most diverse offices in Seattle, and a Sub-Complex that is the same. Brent’s team is working hard to support, both financially and through their time, the organizations and communities they serve.
Brent earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Brent is also a Certified Financial Planner®.
Brent and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are high school sweethearts. Along with their 3 daughters, Brent and his wife currently live on Bainbridge Island. The family keeps busy with Bainbridge Island Gymnastics, tennis, golf and traveling. Brent’s family passionately supports organizations that are working to support Women and Girls, such as ZGirls Foundation, WeCOACH, and WISE, as well as other local organizations.
