About Dan Price

With more than 27 years of service at Morgan Stanley, Dan has built a distinguished career rooted in leadership, advisor development, and a steadfast commitment to client success. He began his journey with the firm in 1999 as a Financial Advisor in the Plantation, Florida office before transitioning into management as the Producing Branch Manager of Coral Springs in 2003.

Over the years, Dan has held a variety of senior leadership roles across multiple regions, including Area Sales Manager in Southwest Florida, Complex Sales Manager in Atlanta, and Business Development Manager in Boca Raton. He also served as Branch Manager in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Lutherville, Maryland—each experience sharpening his ability to cultivate strong teams, drive growth, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Today, Dan serves as the Market Executive for the Southern Virginia Market, which encompasses Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Williamsburg, Newport News, and Virginia Beach. Throughout his leadership tenure, he has remained focused on leveraging Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive suite of resources to empower Financial Advisors—helping them deliver exceptional advice, innovative solutions, and holistic wealth management to their clients.

Dan earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University and holds the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation from the World Wide Association of Business Coaches, reflecting his passion for mentorship and professional development.

A devoted husband to his wife, Sandra, and proud father of three, Dan is known for his steady leadership, integrity, and commitment to elevating those around him. His approach blends strategic vision with a genuine investment in people—qualities that have defined his success and continue to shape the Southern Virginia Market’s culture of excellence.

About Vicki Shubert

Vicki Shubert

Vicki started in the financial services industry in 1995 with Smith Barney as a New Accounts Clerk and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2000. In 2005, she became the Regional Supervisory Associate for the New England Regional office where she was responsible for Supervising Branch Manager Production. After leaving the work force to start a family, Vicki came back to the financial services industry as a Complex Administration Manager for Wells Fargo Advisors. She then moved to Morgan Stanley in 2014 as the Associate Complex Manager for the Chicago West Complex.

In 2015, Vicki became the Branch Manager for the Naperville, IL office where she managed an office of 13 Financial Advisors with $9M in production. More recently, Vicki relocated to Richmond, Virginia where she is the Market Business Service Officer for the Southern Virginia Market.

On a personal note, Vicki has 2 children: a 17 year old daughter and a 15 year old son

About Shannon T. Chittenden

Shannon began her career in the financial industry in 1994 at the Williamsburg, VA office of Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various roles, starting as a Wire Operator, Cashier, and Registered Client Service Associate, where she provided invaluable support to Financial Advisors. In 2000, Shannon transitioned into management as a Branch Office Coordinator, subsequently advancing to positions such as Operations Manager, Control Administrator, and Complex Risk Officer. Since February 2012, she has excelled in her role as Senior Risk Officer, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of risk management.

Residing in Williamsburg, VA, Shannon enjoys an active lifestyle with her son, Owen, and her dog, Mystic. Her personal interests include interior design, DIY projects, and traveling, which reflect her creativity and adventurous spirit.

About Naveed Yousufzai

Naveed Yousufzai, CFP® serves as the Business Development Manager for the Southern Virginia Market, bringing more than a decade of wealth management experience to his role. In his current position, Naveed partners with Financial Advisors and leadership teams across the region to drive growth, elevate client experiences, and promote the integration of the Firm’s vast resources—from Wealth Management and Investment Management to Investment Banking and Family Office capabilities. His focus areas include advisor development, practice management, and strategic business planning, ensuring advisors are equipped to deliver holistic, goals-based advice to every client.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Naveed held a range of leadership and advisory positions at Merrill Lynch, including Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, and Market Supervision Manager. These roles cultivated his deep understanding of both the client and advisor experience—combining hands-on financial planning experience with a disciplined approach to compliance, operations, and leadership. This well-rounded foundation continues to inform his approach today, where he blends strategy, mentorship, and execution to strengthen advisor practices and client outcomes.

A Richmond native, Naveed earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Old Dominion University. He resides in Glen Allen, Virginia, with his wife, their two sons, and three pets. Outside of the office, Naveed is deeply committed to community engagement, volunteering with organizations such as the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity, and supporting youth development and local outreach initiatives.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Naveed volunteers with a number of local organizations. Outside of work, he values time spent with family, woodworking, golf, riding motorcycles, and staying active through boxing and strength training—approaching each with the same curiosity and craftsmanship that define his professional life.

He holds his Series 3, 7, 9/10, and 66 licenses in addition to the CFP® designation

About Gwen Belle

Gwen serves as an Associate Market Manager, where her primary focus is empowering financial advisors to achieve business growth through innovation and collaboration. She brings a robust background in advisor development, business strategy, and organizational growth to her role.

Gwen started her career in the financial services at MetLife as a financial services representative. She then broadened her industry knowledge by moving into home office roles at Genworth and Wells Fargo Advisors, where she gained experience in sales, marketing, and project management. In those positions, Gwen focused on elevating advisor performance, strengthening client engagement strategies, and fostering an execution culture.

Gwen holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also holds PMP® and Six Sigma certifications and serves on the board of Greater Richmond SCAN.
