About Bridgette LaQue
Bridgette is an executive director and branch manager for Morgan Stanley in Virginia Beach. She leads with a distinguished background that includes extensive experience in the financial services industry and service in the United States Navy. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Bridgette held key positions at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.
Before transitioning to the wealth management and banking sector, Bridgette served in the U.S. Navy, where she was involved in public affairs on international assignments for organizations such as NATO. Her service took her to duty stations in Virginia, Sicily, and the Czech Republic, providing her with a disciplined and global outlook that continues to influence her professional approach. This diverse background has significantly shaped her career at Morgan Stanley, where she has held roles including Private Banker, Associate Region Manager, and Region Sales Director.
Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Bridgette is a professional mentor with American Corporate Partners, where she helps active-duty military and veterans successfully navigate their career transitions into the private sector. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and two children.

About Joseph Clayton
Joe Clayton is a seasoned professional with Morgan Stanley, serving as a Business Service Officer. With 19 years at Morgan Stanley and a total of 30 years in the Financial Services industry, Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. His career began in 1995 as an associate with Waddell & Reed, followed by a position as a Supervisory Principal with Wachovia Securities before joining Morgan Stanley in April 2006.
Joe holds a B.A. in History from Mary Washington College, earned in 1992, and an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary, completed in 2003. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business, highlighting his academic excellence.
Outside of his professional life, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors, attending sporting events and concerts, and playing the guitar with his band. He resides in Poquoson, VA, with his wife, two children, and three beloved rescue pets—two dogs and a cat.
