Experience, intellectual capital and dedicated personal service to help you meet your life goals
Biography
Paul received his BA in History from Kenyon College in 1993 and his MBA from The University of San Francisco in 2001. He began his 28 year career in investment management at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco in 1997 where he worked with executives of technology and healthcare companies. He worked closely with the restricted stock department on non-saleable positions, Rule 144 trades and monetizing concentrated positions. Beginning in 2001, Paul worked as a Financial Advisor for Oppenheimer & Company in San Francisco where he developed asset allocated portfolios, strategies for fixed income accounts and comprehensive diversification models. In addition, he spearheaded a due diligence process to properly analyze mutual funds and third party asset managers all within the context of the overall financial plan. Paul moved to Morgan Stanley* in 2003 and works with his clients to construct detailed financial plans that match their long term goals with their investments. The process begins with a comprehensive analysis of his client's current situation and plans for the future. It continues to drill further down into his client's risk tolerance and investment timeline. A strong emphasis is placed on diversification, asset allocation and finding suitable investments for long term growth while mitigating risk. In order to help achieve his client's goals, Paul continues to monitor all investment performance and confers regularly with his clients to review their portfolio and their changing needs. He grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and now currently resides in Pound Ridge, New York with his wife, Eleanor and their sons, Harry and Benjamin.
