Advising on Significant Wealth
Pam McGinley advises founders, executives, family offices, professionals, and families on the opportunities and responsibilities that come with significant wealth. As a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, she brings more than three decades of experience helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity, discipline, and perspective.
Bringing Structure to Complexity
Pam works with clients whose wealth is often tied to businesses, concentrated positions, private-company equity, and multigenerational family priorities. She helps them evaluate key decisions across wealth planning, investment strategy, liquidity, lending, legacy, and private markets — drawing on the breadth of Morgan Stanley's capabilities to support their goals across market cycles and life stages.
Supporting Founders, Executives, and Private-Company Stakeholders
A particular focus of Pam's practice is working with founders, executives, shareholders, and private-company stakeholders as companies scale, remain private longer, and approach important transition points. Through Morgan Stanley's Private Markets Transactions Platform, including Morgan Stanley at Work, Pam and her team help clients with shareholder liquidity, equity compensation, valuation, cap table, and IPO readiness considerations.
Experience Across Public and Private Markets
A long-time member of the New York Fourth Avenue Group, Pam is an Alternative Investments Director and obtained the Lending Specialist Designation at Morgan Stanley in September 2025. Her experience spans public and private markets, alternative investments, complex lending, trust and estate planning strategies, family governance, philanthropy, and business succession planning.
Beyond Her Practice
Pam resides in Greenwich, Connecticut and is a proud mother of three daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys competitive golf across the United States and is actively involved in mentoring high-potential young women in business, supporting their development across public and private markets. Her mentees have secured strong placements across Wall Street, with many choosing to return to Morgan Stanley in full-time roles.
