With many decades of experience at Morgan Stanley, Pam McGinley provides comprehensive wealth strategies and solutions to wealthy families, founders of privately held companies, and shareholders. Pam is a long-time team member of the New York Fourth Avenue Group. The New York Fourth Avenue Group was recognized as one of the 2024 and 2025 Forbes America's Top High Net Worth Wealth Management Teams.
Pam works with Morgan Stanley's Private Markets Transactions Platform to offer resources including Morgan Stanley at Work and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Clients are introduced to unparalleled solutions for shareholders equity compensation, 409A valuations, cap table management, IPO readiness, employee wellness, and stock liquidity.
As a seasoned Alternative Investments Director, Pam is among a select group of advisors who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge in the alternative investment landscape. She has worked with many top-level executives in the healthcare and technology sector, as well as venture capital and private equity. And in September 2025, Pam obtained the Lending Specialist Designation at Morgan Stanley to help better address clients' liquidity planning needs within their broader financial goals.
Since 2020, Pam has consistently been named a Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors*. This award is given to the country's most successful advisors based on criteria noted below.
Pam is a proud mother of three daughters and currently resides in Greenwich, CT. In her free time, she enjoys opportunities to play competitive golf all over the United States of America. Pam is also actively involved in mentoring high-potential young women in business, supporting their development in both the public and private markets. Her mentees consistently secure strong placements across Wall Street, with many choosing to return to Morgan Stanley in full-time roles.
