Noah has served as Treasurer on the Sustainable Heating Education & Outreach board, supporting environmental sustainability—an interest that complements his passion for impact and sustainable investing.

Noah began his career on Wall Street in 2011 as an Investment Banking Associate on the UBS Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading Desk before becoming a Wealth Planning Analyst at UBS Financial Services. In that role, he partnered with advisors and private wealth managers to craft comprehensive financial planning recommendations for high-net-worth clients, including retirement income planning, education funding strategies, charitable giving structures, and estate planning strategies. These skills have been cultivated over the years to better serve his clients at Morgan Stanley.

About Mark Giordano, CFP®, CPM®, CIMA®

As an Investment Consultant and Lead Analyst, Mark is one of the primary points of contact for clients. Mark assists in the team’s portfolio management, financial planning process, alternative investment strategy and product introduction, as well as client performance and analytics. Mark also heads the team’s growing lending business.
 
Mark has been an employee of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2014. In 2015 he completed all the requirements for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. In 2019, he gained the prestigious CERTIFIED PORTFOLIO MANAGER™ designation from Columbia University. Most recently, he obtained the CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST ® designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute. Mark also holds his securities and insurance licenses. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mark was an associate at Abbey Capital, one of the most respected names in international futures trading.
 
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Loyola College in Maryland, Mark received a Master of Letters degree from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) in International Business. In his spare time, Mark is an avid golfer and is Chairman of his rugby team, Lansdowne RFC. He is also the Head of Recruiting for Loyola University in Maryland Rugby’s Scholarship program and a board member of the Society of Loyola Old Boys.

In July 2019, Mark became Chairman and Executive Director of the Big Apple Honor Flight. The Big Apple Honor Flight is a hub of the national Honor Flight Network serving all five boroughs of New York City. The BAHF’s mission is to bring veterans from World War II, Korea, and Vietnam to Washington D.C. on a one-day trip to view the memorials built in their honor at no cost to these heroes and give them the recognition they deserve.

In September 2017, Mark married his wife Sandi in New York City. They currently live in the Crestwood area of Tuckahoe, New York with their rescued pit bull Arya.

About Kathleen Prainito

Kathleen Prainito is a Client Service Associate handling day to day client operations at Morgan Stanley.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kathleen has held positions at Goldman Sachs as a Wealth Management Client Associate, Institutional Sales Assistant at Advest, and as Sales Assistant at Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Kathleen graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent with a Bachelor’s degree in business finance. Kathleen was born and raised in Floral Park, NY. She currently lives on the North Shore of Long Island, in Huntington, NY.  She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, hiking or just relaxing by their pool.   Kathleen and her husband Vince have four children, Katelyn, Caroline, Sarah and Christopher.  On the weekends, you can always find them attending one of their children’s lacrosse, field hockey, or soccer games.

Payton LaBadie is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Payton began her career in financial services in 2020, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2025 as a Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. She also served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at JML Mortgage.

Payton is a graduate of Baruch College, where she received a BA in Corporate and Business Communications. She lives in New York City. Outside of the office, Payton enjoys cooking, baking, board games, comedy shows, and volunteering with her church through various city outreaches.

Angelo is the Family Office Resources Generalist in the Northeast Region. Angelo provides in depth knowledge to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients and Financial Advisors across a broad range of family wealth and family office management matters. His area of focus includes family governance, wealth education,, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management, lifestyle advisory, and customized asset allocation and portfolio construction. Angelo has over 25 years’ experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and philanthropic organizations.

Originally from Chicago and now residing in Westchester County, New York, , Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented UHNW clients, closely held businesses, and major philanthropic organizations.
