About Peter S. Keller

Peter Keller is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and Market Executive for the Minnesota Dakota Market. He leads a multi-branch organization supporting Financial Advisors, Service Professionals, and managers across the region, with a focus on delivering strong client outcomes and consistent, high-quality branch experience.

Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1995, Pete has advanced through a range of leadership roles, including Financial Advisor, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager.

He is known for building strong teams and developing scalable operating rhythms that improve efficiency, productivity, and service—while maintaining a culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.

Before entering financial services, Pete served as an officer in the United States Army. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served in Field Artillery and later in Special Forces (Green Berets), with assignments in the U.S. and abroad. His military experience helped shape his disciplined, mission-focused leadership style and long-standing commitment to serving others.

Pete is an avid Minnesota sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family.

About Gina Bolinske

Gina Bolinske is a Senior Risk Officer at Morgan Stanley, supporting the Minnesota Dakota Market. She leads a team of Risk Officers who partner with branch leadership and advisors across 12 branches to help maintain a strong culture of compliance, supervision, and risk awareness.

Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Gina has been a steady resource for employees navigating day-to-day risk and regulatory considerations. In her role, she helps teams interpret policies, strengthen supervisory routines, and address issues early—so advisors and service professionals can stay focused on delivering a high-quality client experience. Her approach is practical and collaborative, with an emphasis on clear guidance, consistency, and doing the right thing for clients and the firm.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, a background that supports her thoughtful, principles-based approach to decision-making and risk management.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin up north and being outdoors.

About Kevin Paaske

Kevin Paaske is the Market Business Service Officer (MBSO) for Morgan Stanley’s Minnesota Dakota Market. In this role, he partners with market and branch leadership to help ensure branches operate smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with firm standards—supporting the operational foundation that enables advisors and service teams to deliver a strong client experience.

With Morgan Stanley since 1992, Kevin brings deep operational expertise and a steady, solutions-oriented approach to branch support. As MBSO, he helps oversee key business functions such as branch operations, service and administrative routines, process improvement, and coordination across teams—often serving as a central point of connection between branches and internal partners to drive timely execution and reduce friction for frontline employees.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and tending his Minneapolis home garden, which has been featured in the Minneapolis Home Garden and Urban Farm Tour.

About Kendra Triplett

Kendra Triplett is a Market Administrator at Morgan Stanley, supporting the Minnesota Dakota Market leadership team and helping drive consistent execution across market priorities. In this role, she partners closely with branch and market leaders to coordinate communications, streamline operational routines, and support internal engagement—helping teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering a strong client experience.

Kendra joined Morgan Stanley in 2020, beginning her career as a Wealth Advisor Associate (WAA) supporting advisors with financial planning solutions. She later served as a Financial Advisor before transitioning into market leadership as Market Administrator, bringing a frontline perspective and a strong understanding of advisor and branch needs to her work.

Kendra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Concordia University, St. Paul. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—and with her three cats.

About Carolyn Dolan

Carolyn Dolan is a Business Development Manager at Morgan Stanley, supporting both the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets.

In this role, she partners with our Financial Advisors and market leadership to help drive business growth by connecting teams to firm resources and coordinating support that strengthens client engagement and practice development.

Carolyn joined Morgan Stanley in 2026 and previously worked in financial services beginning in 2019. She earned a master’s degree in organizational development and Transformational Change from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.

Nate began his career in financial services in 1999 with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and rejoined Morgan Stanley in 2024. In between stints, he held various roles at other firms, including leadership positions with U.S. Bank and Ameriprise in their Trust and Wealth Management divisions. Prior to his current position, he worked as a registered investment advisor focused on retirement planning.

Mamta Shah is the Trust Specialist based in Chicago, covering the Midwest Region. Morgan Stanley provides a full array of personal and institutional trust services to high net worth clients of the firm. Lynn R. King is a Family Office Resource Generalist for the Mid-America region. She has over 15 years of experience working with families, family offices, and their attorneys, CPAs and financial advisors on issues unique to the UHNW client. Lynn started her career as an attorney in Illinois working with closely held businesses across the country on a broad range of topics, including entity structuring, estate planning, business succession and tax. She then joined New York Life Insurance as a Corporate Vice President in their Advanced Planning Group. In this role she expanded on her experience from private practice and engaged with clients on complex business and personal planning needs.
Lynn joined Morgan Stanley in September of 2020. As the Family Office Resource Generalist, Lynn provides advice and strategies to UHNW families.
