OUR STORY AND SERVICES

The Endura Group was founded on a belief: wealth built with intention deserves guidance that matches it.

Our work centers on the decisions that compound. Equity compensation, business exits, concentrated positions, and tax complexity that follows each. Our team holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations, and we bring Morgan Stanley's full platform to bear on every client relationship. The result is a team that works across every dimension of your financial life, not just your portfolio.

Our Services:

Financial Planning
Built around your specific situation, not a template. We focus on executives and business owners facing layered decisions, pre- and post-liquidity cash flows, detailed tax analysis, and estate strategies designed to hold up across generations.

Estate Planning
We work alongside your tax and legal advisors to review your current plan, identify gaps, and build strategies aligned to where you are and where you're headed.

Tax Planning
Coordinated with your external CPA, we identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency across accumulation, liquidity events, and the distribution phase of your wealth.

Portfolio Construction and Investment Management
Diversified, tax-efficient portfolios built around your objectives and risk tolerance, with particular attention to concentrated equity positions and the complexity that comes with it.

Equity Compensation and Exit Planning
From stock options and RSUs to full business exits, we help executives and founders turn compensation complexity into a coordinated wealth strategy. Our Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation means we engage that the planning level, not just the transaction.

Working With You

Our clients look to us for advice that includes their investments but goes far beyond to encompass business planning, investment management, lending strategies and other dimensions of their financial lives. That is why we employ a comprehensive financial planning approach that consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Discovery Call
We start by listening. We want to understand your goals, your concerns, and what you need from an advisory relationship before we talk about anything else.
Step 2: Comprehensive Review
We take inventory of your full financial picture — investments, equity compensation, insurance, liabilities, and estate structure. Not just what you’d like to grow, but everything you’ve built.
Step 3: Plan Presentation
We present a coordinated strategy across financial planning, investment management, and risk — developed collectively by the team, not a single advisor.
Step 4: Plan Implementation
We put the plan to work with discipline, leveraging the full resources of Morgan Stanley where appropriate.
Step 5: Proactive Communication
We don’t wait for you to call. Clients receive monthly newsletters, and we maintain regular outreach around market conditions, vesting events, and life transitions.
Step 6: Scheduled Reviews
We conduct bi-annual comprehensive reviews of your full financial picture, with quarterly check-ins to ensure your strategy remains aligned with evolving goals and market conditions.
