My Story and Services

Edwina is a Vice President, Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager with Morgan Stanley, relying on over 25 years of experience managing assets for private clients. She is responsible for all investment and financial planning for clients, leveraging her knowledge to carefully invest in alternative investments.

She began her financial career with Smith Barney in 1997 and has been with the firm ever since. Edwina works closely with corporate executives and their families, as well as sophisticated financial professionals managing their personal investments. Her wealth management practice is built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and integrity—three critical elements essential to the relationships we have built with the professionals, business owners, and families we have proudly served over the past 40 years.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked in merchandising at Tiffany & Company and was a buyer at Barneys New York.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Edwina participates in foundations and philanthropic endeavors. When she is not at work, Edwina likes to spend time with her family, travel, play tennis, bike ride, and read. She lives in NYC and Sag Harbor. Edwina has two daughters: Katie, who graduated in 2024 from the University of St. Andrews, and Casey, who is a senior at the University of Michigan.

About Eugenie ("Jane") Osipova

Jane is a Senior Client Service Associate at The Falcon Point Group with more than 17 years of industry experience. A results-driven professional, she is committed to building strong relationships with clients and the various business units within Morgan Stanley. Jane’s primary responsibilities include assisting clients quickly and efficiently, and overseeing various, tasks that support the day-to-day management of the Group’s growing wealth management practice.

From the largest task to the smallest request, Jane works diligently in an effort to exceed client expectations. Her core responsibilities are essential to enabling the team to carry out its mission of helping financially successful individuals and families plan, invest, and lead fulfilling lives. She coordinates various operational and client service activities, including opening new accounts, moving cash and securities, and taking client orders.

Growing up in Moscow and Berlin, Jane has been living in Manhattan for nearly 30 years. She graduated cum laude from Hunter College in 1998. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2007, she was a Compliance Officer at Bishop Rosen and a Sales Assistant at Monarch Capital. Jane maintains her FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

Outside of the office, Jane’s favorite activities include reading, enjoying the arts, and watching movies, a favorite pastime as she has studied cinematography and the history of movies.

About Craig Champagnie

Craig Champagnie is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Craig began his career in financial services in 2005, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Client Banker, Business Banker, and Branch Manager at the JP Morgan Chase Bank.

Craig is a graduate of the The State University of New York, Stony Brook, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He lives in Wantagh, New York with his family. Outside of the office, Craig donates his time to The SIFMA Foundation. He enjoys fitness training and playing golf, football and basketball.

About Colin Brady

Colin Brady is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management office at 399 Park Ave in New York City. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Colin began his career in financial services in 2011 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he spent the last 5 years working as a Wealth Management Advisor with TIAA. In his time at TIAA, he advised clients in various financial planning needs such as retirement, asset management, income generation, estate & legacy planning, and charitable giving.

Colin graduated from Pace University and holds his Certified Financial Planner® designation. Colin lives in Stewart Manor, New York with his wife, Lauren, and his son, Liam. Outside of work, Colin enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and golfing.

About Mary Beth Powers

Mary Beth Powers is Executive Director and Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley covering the New York Metro region, responsible for presenting Morgan Stanley’s third-party trustee partner platform to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Advisors, clients and prospects. Leveraging the capabilities of our trust company partners, Mary Beth assists to identify appropriate fiduciary solutions, which are essential to the management, preservation and transfer of accumulated wealth. This process includes coordination with the client’s financial, legal and tax advisors to ensure proper trust planning implementation.

Mary Beth has worked in the trust and estate services industry for over thirty years, primarily handling trust new business opportunities. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mary Beth spent ten years as a senior vice president and regional trust specialist with Citigroup Trust in NYC.

Mary Beth received a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey and is Series 7 and 63 licensed. She resides with her husband and family in Blauvelt, New York.

About Angelo Loumbas

Angelo is the Family Office Resources Generalist in the Northeast Region. Angelo provides in depth knowledge to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients and Financial Advisors across a broad range of family wealth and family office management matters. His area of focus includes family governance, wealth education,, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management, lifestyle advisory, and customized asset allocation and portfolio construction. Angelo has over 25 years’ experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and philanthropic organizations.

Originally from Chicago and now residing in Westchester County, New York, , Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented UHNW clients, closely held businesses, and major philanthropic organizations. He is admitted to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been asked to speak over the years before tax, trust and estate committees of estate planning councils and other organizations. Angelo has also contributed thought leadership through Morgan Stanley’s Family Legacy and Governance Institute leadership series and authored an article for Barrons.com, “Should I Invest in My Kid’s Start-Up? Financial Advisors Can Help Clients Decide” (2023).

Angelo has been advising UHNW clients in the financial services industry for over 17 years, with 13 of those years at Morgan Stanley in Chicago and New York. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University at Bloomington, his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and B.A. from DePaul University. He also holds his Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses. In addition, Angelo served as President of the Rotary Club of Chicago (“ROTARY/One”), the world’s first Rotary club (2009-2010).
