My Story
Christopher Rice, CFP®, CIMA®, holds a finance degree from Long Island University and has earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification from Wharton, along with a Certified Financial Planner® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Currently, he serves as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he is also a Family Wealth Director, Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation, and Portfolio Management Director. With over 20 years of experience on Wall Street, Christopher has established himself as a leading advisor in equity compensation and concentrated equity positions.
As the founding and managing partner of the Atlantic Shores Group, he leads an eight-person wealth management team that manages over $1 billion in assets. In his role as a Portfolio Manager, Chris runs a very successful diversified equity strategy that utilizes relative strength as the underlying portfolio theory. This strategy serves as a clear differentiator, setting his approach apart in the competitive landscape of wealth management.
In addition to his experience in equity strategies, Christopher is highly skilled in advanced financial planning strategies. He works closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that address complex needs, including tax optimization, estate planning, and retirement income strategies.
