Chuck Riggs is currently a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley with a focus in planning and wealth transfer. His practice includes managing the investments in retirement portfolios, including but, not limited to 401(k) plans, and SEP plans for both small and large businesses. As a former partner of Carr Riggs and Ingram (formerly Harper Van Scoik, & Co.), regional CPA firm he provided advice for successful business planning and financial growth, including but, not limited to investment portfolio advice as well as insurance planning and buy sell agreements. Chuck also brings his prior experience assisting businesses and individuals growing their business by making suggestions as to how they could expand their entities and eventually transfer the wealth to their heirs or to their successors of the company. In addition, Chuck assisted in the development of joint ventures with a financial company to manage up to $100,000,000 in assets under management. He is an active non-practicing CPA and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist. Chuck has always been dedicated to being involved in the community. He is Past Chairman of Clearwater Chamber of commerce, Past Chairman of the USF School of Accounting, Past Chairman of the Outback Bowl, Past Board Member of the Morton Plan Mease Hospital Board, Past Chairman of the ARC Foundation of Tampa Bay, and Past Chairman of the FICPA Education Foundation. He is currently serving on the Ruth Eckerd Hall Board of Directors. He continues to be actively involved in the Community.
