About Brandon Wiggins

Brandon Wiggins is an Executive Director and Market Executive for the state of Wisconsin. As a coach and mentor to Financial Advisors, he is dedicated to helping Advisors identify opportunities and create strategies to grow their business.

Brandon fosters an open and direct culture and has a highly supportive, entrepreneurial management style. He is adept at listening to Financial Advisors and grasping what’s most important to them. He encourages questions and tailors a sound, strategic plan to help them achieve their goals.

Brandon especially enjoys the relationships he has developed with Advisors over the years, helping them to
explore what is possible in their careers. His focus on always putting the clients’ interests first has helped Advisors reach new levels of success.

Prior to becoming a Market Executive Brandon served for three-and-a-half years as Branch Manager in Potomac, MD and two-and-a-half years as the Associate Complex Manager of the Central Maryland Complex with Morgan Stanley. Brandon began his career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and later became a Manager at Merrill.

Brandon holds a degree in finance and an M.B.A. from The University of Florida. A native of South Florida, Brandon is happily married to his high school sweetheart and the father of three young children.

About Jennifer Faulkner

I have the privilege of leading the Milwaukee Market, which includes our Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. I truly believe that financial advisors thrive in an environment that encourages growth, inspires fresh ideas, and offers innovative support from its leadership team. Every day, I strive to create that kind of experience – one that makes a large firm feel small, connected, and collaborative.

As Market Manager, I am passionate about working alongside advisors and teams to help them grow their businesses, refine their processes, and make the most of the incredible resources available through Morgan Stanley. Helping talented professionals reach their full potential is the best part of what I do.

Jennifer has a career spanning over 35 years in the Financial Service industry. She began her career in Canada trading financial and agricultural futures, and later transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor. In 1999, she moved to Chicago and joined Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney). Throughout her tenure, Jennifer has held various leadership positions including Operations Manager, Control Administrator, Business Development Manager, Associate Complex Manager, and currently serves as the Market Manager for the Milwaukee Market, overseeing the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. Her diverse roles have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the Wealth Management business.

Jennifer is actively involved in the community. She volunteers at local food pantries and participates in the Women in Wealth chapter at Morgan Stanley.

Jennifer resides in Grafton, Wisconsin, with her husband Charlie and their Golden Retriever, Guinness. She enjoys outdoor activities such as canoeing, camping, and riding her Harley. Her hobbies also include tennis, trail running, and experimenting with new recipes. She is an avid equestrian, and competed for many years in show jumping, equitation, and hunter events.

About John Bull

As Branch Manager, I take pride in my commitment to being an advocate for my Financial Advisors. My priority is coaching, developing and influencing the behavior of the Advisors I serve in order to help them leverage and improve their skills, build meaningful client relationships, and help successfully run their businesses. As a dedicated coach, my approach is built on an unwavering focus on individual skill development through open communication and honest feedback. I strive to enhance partnerships across business lines with a relentless commitment to thinking outside the box to help find more effective strategies.

I am proud to be working with a group of Advisors that seek to align beliefs in providing advice and guidance to clients throughout life’s financial opportunities and turning points.

My personal mindset is to always be working to help improve your situation, and I extend that to my team of Advisors. I am energized by the opportunity to help them challenge the status quo and discover new, innovative strategies that seek to address problems that range from the common to the complex. I highly value the personal connections I forge with my team, supporting and interacting with them, aligning their business goals with what’s most important in their lives, and helping them do what they do best every day.

A Minnesota native, I am in the midst of a transition to Green Bay with my wife, Hannah, and our two sons. My spare time is focused on my two passions: family and the outdoors. My wife and I stay active with the kids, riding bikes, hiking and spending time together. I love being outside and enjoy boating, fishing and chasing waterfowl.

About Laura Kocher

Laura Kocher is the Associate Market Manager for the Wisconsin Market at Morgan Stanley. Laura supports the Financial Advisors by ensuring they are connected to the vast resources Morgan Stanley has to offer and is passionate about cultivating a culture of growth, both personally and professionally.

Laura began her career in financial services in February 2009 joining Bernstein Wealth Management (Chicago) as a service professional. Her life (and future husband) brought her up to Milwaukee in September of 2011 when she joined Morgan Stanley as a Client Service Associate in the Mequon Branch. In the past 14 years that followed, Laura has held various roles in leadership in the Wisconsin Market, her latest being Business Service Officer in Southeast Wisconsin.

Laura is a graduate from Purdue University with a degree in Business Management. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Carroll University in 2017.

Laura lives in Wauwatosa with her husband, John, and their 2-year-old son, Dylan James. Laura, John, and Dylan all love to travel and especially enjoy finding new craft breweries. In her free time, Laura enjoys adding to her vinyl record collection, cooking, and spending time with her family.

About Bailey Woltjer

As Senior Risk Officer, Bailey leads the Wisconsin Market Risk Team utilizing her experience in sales, client service, operations, and risk to carry out supervisory and compliance functions for the market. Providing coaching and guidance to promote risk awareness, Bailey and team ensure proper procedures are in place to support employees and clients alike.

Beginning her career in banking as a college student working at institutions large and small, Bailey cares deeply about providing a high level of client service while focusing on ethics and compliance. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 in Grand Rapids, MI as a Service Associate, welcoming clients at the front desk and learning the business from the ground up. She obtained her licenses, including those required to supervise, within two years of coming to the Firm and joined the Service Leadership team as a Business Service Manager in 2015, serving the Greater Detroit area. In 2019, she transitioned to the role of Risk Officer, relocating to Mid-Michigan, eager to expand on her experience and further entrench herself in surveillance and supervision. During her tenure in this role, she served on several regional councils and working groups focused on operational excellence and training and development. In 2023, Bailey joined the Wisconsin Market Leadership team as Senior Risk Officer.

A strong believer in efficiency and the importance of process, Bailey also obtained her combined BBA/MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management from Davenport University.

Bailey lives in Historic Downtown Waukesha with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Rory. Outside of work, their family enjoys exploring outdoors, gardening, old houses, and all things “DIY”.

About Serena Krumrei

As the Senior Market Administrator, Serena plays a key leadership role in supporting the management team with a passion to help drive efficiency and strategic initiatives throughout the eight branches across the Wisconsin market. As a seasoned financial service professional with over a decade of experience in client service and branch administration, Serena thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the market- qualities that resonate deeply with advisor teams and clients alike.

Raised in a family of small business entrepreneurs, Serena developed a deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and relationship-building from an early age. These formative experiences instilled in her a strong foundation of values, ethics, and integrity- principals that continue to guide her through her career at Morgan Stanley.

Outside of the office, Serena leads an active and well-rounded life with her husband and son in New Berlin, Wisconsin. She enjoys endurance sports, including soccer and triathlons, and finds balance in grounded pursuits like gardening, raising her small flock of chickens, and beekeeping. Serena deeply values her family and the time spent with them.

About Rafa Seifert

Rafa Seifert is a Business Service Officer for the Wisconsin Market, primarily supporting the Financial Advisors and Support Professionals in the Brookfield office. She helps ensure that our clients and employees are connected with the vast resources Morgan Stanley has to offer.

Rafa began her career in financial services in 2018,. She has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, including five years at Morgan Stanley where she served as both a Registered Client Service Associate and an Institutional Client Specialist. Rafa is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams.

She is a graduate of Arizona Christian University, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration. Rafa also has a MBA from Grand Canyon University.

Rafa lives with her husband, Brandon, and 2 kids, Enzo and Matteo in New Berlin. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, cooking and playing with her kids.

About Judy Dornacher

Judy Dornacher serves as a Risk Officer in the Wisconsin Market, bringing over 30 years of industry expertise to her role. Throughout her distinguished career, Judy has held various leadership positions at firms such as Prudential, Edelman Financial, BC Ziegler, and Robert W. Baird, where she has operated at local, regional, and national levels. Her extensive experience spans multiple facets of the financial industry, with a particular passion for Compliance and Risk Management.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a holder of several FINRA licenses, including Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65, underscoring her comprehensive knowledge and commitment to excellence in her field.

Residing in Franklin, Judy enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, Dave. They have two adult children, a daughter and a son, and are actively involved in the community through their participation with the Boy Scouts of America's Three Harbors Council. In her leisure time, Judy cherishes moments spent with her family and contributing to community initiatives.
