About Frederick Pierce

Fred’s focus is helping business owners and corporate executives plan for their lifetime financial goals. This is facilitated by developing strong and long-lasting goals with his clients. Truly understanding most important issues, allows our team to provide targeted solutions and to adapt to the changes life brings.
Previously, Fred worked as a bond trader and as a CPA® (Currently non-practicing) before becoming a wealth manager. He joined the industry in 1995, working for Smith Barney, which later became Morgan Stanley. In 2012, he joined UBS until coming to Morgan Stanley in 2021.
Fred received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, where he has a double major in accounting and finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst ® and a Certified Financial Planner®.
Fred is devoted to his community, having served on various boards, and supported several worthy causes. Currently, he is a board member at Tri-County Scholarship Fund, which provides elementary and high school scholarships for inner city children. Fred and his wife, Cathy have two adult children Kevin and Ashley. They reside in Naples, FL and summer in Sea Girt, NJ.

Michael began his career in 1986 at E.F. Hutton, where his focus was working with business owners, engineers, and pharma executives. From there, he was at Smith Barney for 20 years and UBS for 13 years, before joining Morgan Stanley in 2021. He has helped clients manage their wealth throughout good times and bad. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Juliana developed her management skills in the hospitality industry.
