A HOLISTIC PROCESS, WITH YOU IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT

My mission is to help clients make some of life's most critical choices and appropriate decisions for where they are and where they want to go. From saving for your dream retirement or planning for your child's future education expenses, together we will identify what matters most to you and ensure that your goals are achievable on your timeline.
Similar to a well-oiled machine, the "parts" of a financial plan either serve the strategy or they do not. I will diligently monitor your plan to take into account the changing circumstances of your life and the environment, managing risk at each step of the way.
Leveraging a sophisticated suite of analytical tools and decades of industry experience, my goal is for my clients to feel a sense of peace knowing that their financial plan is on track and in trusted hands.
Step One: Introductory Meeting
We begin with an organic discovery process of uncovering you and your family's most pertinent values, personal and financial circumstances, and pressing concerns to determine how we can add value. We will explore the lifestyle you enjoy and hope to lead in the future, key relationships, and the legacy you would like to leave behind for those who matter most to you. Collecting this information will enable me to capture your complete financial picture.
Step Two: Advise
Based on our initial conversation, I will develop a tailored and cohesive financial plan that balances your attitudes as an investor, risks and opportunities in your profile, and an analysis of the financial markets. With your input, I will then present appropriate investment options and wealth management recommendations that work in tandem to protect and grow your wealth.
Step Three: Implement the Financial Plan
Upon your approval, we will work diligently to ensure a seamless implementation of the various elements of your financial plan, finetuning each part to adjust for changing circumstances. Wherever appropriate, we will consult with other professional individuals in your trusted circle and suggest that you seek additional advice from subject matter experts on particularly complex issues.
Step Four: Track Progress
I am committed to keeping you abreast of any changing market conditions and delivering performance metrics, ultimately making certain that your plan continues to align with your goals and your timeline. I work with a select number of clients, allowing me to keep a high degree of communication with you to ensure that your concerns and requests are being addressed in a timely manner.
WORKING WITH ME: FIVE CORE VALUES

You have many choices when looking for a Financial Advisor. The best choice often comes down to fit – are your beliefs and ideas in alignment with those of the advisor? To help prospective clients decide, I have identified five “Core Values” that drive my recommendations.
One: Start with where you want to end up
I practice goals-based financial planning, which means that goals must be established before choices are made or recommendations implemented. Your financial plan is like a road map – there is an endless assortment of choices and to make the right decision, you need to know where you are going.
Two: Invest for appropriate growth while minmizing risk
When you have a goal in mind, you can calculate how much risk is required to reach that goal to an extent. In my view, undue risk may be the primary obstacle you will encounter along the way. While a degree of risk is part of every investment, minimizing risk and managing your emotions in times of volatility can help improve your chances of reaching your goals.
Three: Every financial decision is important
A dollar is a dollar, whether it is saved, earned, or gained through investment. So, every single financial decision should align with your overall strategy – AND, if there is a way to save a dollar, it’s one less dollar that you need to earn. That’s why I tell my clients that I want to be their first call when they are making any decision involving money.
Four: Mutual trust and uncompromised confidentiality
Working with multi-generational families, I am often among the first points of contact when my clients experience turmoil in their lives and must navigate complex family dynamics with sensitivity. It is my responsibility to act with extreme caution when handling sensitive information and treat clients fairly when conflicting interests arise.
Five: Know when to listen, and meet my clients where they are
I am privileged to hear stories about my clients' relationships with their families, their career and lifestyle aspirations, and their deepest concerns for the future. I often find that their greatest need is simply to be heard and communicated with in a manner that resonates with them.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
Some people go through life knowing exactly what they want and have a clear plan for how they are going to make it happen.
In my experience, this is the exception rather than the rule.
Much more common is a vague sense that "I want my family to be okay" or "I want to make sure I don't run out of money." These are valid sentiments and form a viable framework for an investment plan, but they are not defined goals.
It is crucial to identify and clearly articulate specific goals, so we can mitigate your investment risk. By defining specific goals, we can invest for the desired return without incurring undue risk.

So what is a specific goal? Here are a few:
- Pay for college for my two children or four grandchildren. What will that cost in the appropriate timeframe?
- Retire from my 'real' career at age 60, so I can transition to a less stressful or fun career. How much wealth will be required?
- Have enough money for a major international trip twice a year. How much should we allocate?
- Purchase and maintain a second home. What will that cost up front and on an annual basis?
- Leave a multi-generational legacy for my family. Do I have an estate plan in place?
- Give a meaningful gift to a charity that means a great deal to me. How can I account for philanthropy in my wealth management strategy?
My clients include:
- Business owners, current and former executives, entrepreneurs
- Families spanning multiple generations
- Retirees and individuals planning for retirement
- Professionals across a broad range of industries
- Ultra high net worth individuals
- Referrals from existing clients
- Families with special needs considerations or unique circumstances
