The Pursuit and Enjoyment of Financial Freedom

The Wrigley Group at Morgan Stanley is a wealth management team based in Phoenix, Arizona and serving clients nationally with a concentration in Phoenix, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Denver. Backed by the comprehensive resources of Morgan Stanley, we were founded in 2017 with the purpose of helping clients create their unique path to financial freedom for themselves and their families – and once freedom is reached, to sustain it.

“Potential clients ask us to describe the uniqueness of working with our team,” says Co-founder and Financial Advisor Lance Eaton. “The answer is our joint pursuit of financial freedom for each client. We help our clients manage their financial lives in a way that helps them raise the confidence they have in their financial future. When I can tell a couple, who has worked incredibly hard all their lives, that they can retire three years earlier than expected, it’s so rewarding. Moments like this are very meaningful to us and are why we do this work.”

When prospective clients have an initial meeting with The Wrigley Group, we learn about them and they learn about the benefits of being served by a team with more than 125 years of collective experience. “We are intensely collaborative,” says fellow Co-founder and Portfolio Associate Christopher LaPaglia. Whereas many advisors start by touting their credentials and services, The Wrigley Group advisors begin with listening and learning.

“As a team that serves as our client’s financial guides, we always start with empathetic listening”, says Financial Advisor Asif Ahmed. “That’s because we’re committed to understanding each client’s future vision and their perspectives on life and financial well-being – before we do anything else. From there, we co-design with clients to create a freedom plan designed to create well-being for them and their families and navigate the twists and turns along the way.”

Our Clients, Their Ambitions & How We're Helping

    Icon Image
    Our Clients
The people who have chosen to work with us are professionals working in established organizations or they are entrepreneurs having started their own businesses. They range from getting started to mid-career, to being highly advanced in their craft. Even if they are retired, they identify with the life of a professional – having worked in their chosen fields for 40-50 years. Their professions range from professional services like law, health care and financial services to e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, entertainment, travel, product and service innovation, management and pro sports. In short, they each have high standards for themselves -- and the people who serve them.
    Icon Image
    Their Ambitions
Each of our clients are unique but there’s a theme that’s apparent among them: their ambition. They have each chosen to strive for a life that is full of life. They’re not comfortable waiting for life to come to them. Instead, they are self-starters, change initiators, innovators, trail blazers – and they are infinitely curious about how to create a rewarding, meaningful life for themselves and their families.
    Icon Image
    How We're Helping
Our clients look to us to help them put their financial resources to work in support of their ambition. In doing so, they count on our knowledge, creativity, resourcefulness and holistic thinking to help them make the best financial and life decisions they can. We hold their story of the future in our hands and our team works to execute all that we do to bring their story to fruition. Fortunately for us and our clients, we have the broad and deep resources of Morgan Stanley to help us help our clients. Accordingly, each financial future is as unique as the client’s we serve. There are literally, no two alike.
    Icon Image
    Collaboration with Other Professionals
Our clients appreciate when we work collaboratively with their accountants, tax advisors, estate attorneys and real estate professionals. That’s why we work together to ensure their current and future financial wellness is cared for via a holistic, effective, and efficient financial strategy.

Working Together to Serve Clients and Create Greater Value

We work collaboratively with professionals across a range of expertise to provide a holistic, effective financial strategy for clients. Many times we can leverage our experience and resources to add value to services provided by professionals such as Accountants, Estate Planners, and Real Estate Professionals, among others. In an increasingly complicated lending and tax environment, we welcome the opportunity to combine efforts with other professionals and jointly serve clients. Here are some examples of professionals we collaborate with, and the client results we create together.
    Icon Image
    Estate Attorneys
Together, we can share resources and co-design how to help more UHNW and HNW clients plan for their family’s future generations. Your and our combined experience and tools could help more clients see the feasibility of moving the appropriate amount of assets into their estate plan -- and doing so in support of their their own current or future lifestyle.

We may also be able to save you time, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your client’s needs.
By working together on behalf of clients, we collaboratively help ensure that their money and the estate plan are conjoined, allowing for more impactful strategies and the resources to make a variety of trusts viable and worthwhile. And we can reciprocate you helping our clients and vice versa with your clients.
    Icon Image
    Certified Public Accountants
Morgan Stanley has some alternative ways to assist you in what you do best – lower your HNW clients’ tax drag. We offer our HNW clients both simple and complex ways to help lower the taxes they would otherwise expect to pay, depending on what is appropriate for each client. One alternative approach may include diversifying their large single stock holdings including their equity compensation plans with Exchange Traded Funds - and possibly doing so with no sale of their stock and no tax impact. Where appropriate, our clients have also begun using our Donor Advised and Opportunity Zones Funds.
    Icon Image
    Real Estate Professionals
How many of your clients wish they were cash buyers for their next property - especially in this real estate market? The way we help our HNW clients manage their wealth opens real estate ownership opportunities that may not be readily available elsewhere. We’d love the opportunity to hear about your clients’ real estate ownership goals.
    Icon Image
    Other Professionals
Every day we find more ways that we can aid professionals and their clients with topics related to estate planning, retirement planning, lending solutions, insurance, and investment guidance. We are always willing to work with you to assist your clients or explore how you might assist our clients. We encourage you to reach out to us to discuss how we may collaborate to provide clients with an even better and more valuable experience.

About Autumn Bregante, ECA

As the newest member of The Wrigley Group at Morgan Stanley, I joined because of our shared passion serving clients and their families and helping them on their path to financial freedom. I bring to the team my experience in caring for C-Suite executives regarding their Executive Compensation.

My experience and skill came from within Morgan Stanley where I worked since 2019 with the Executive Services team who are all about providing white glove service to Executives to help them manage and make the most of their compensation.

As a native Georgian, I uprooted to Arizona in 2011 to live closer to my dad and start a new adventure. That’s when I began my career in caring for people and their financial well-being. I served as a branch manager at the Texas-based, First Convenience Bank in Arizona. Their motto is “Putting Customers First Since 1901”, and that’s exactly what I lead my teams to do in multiple branch locations. In 2017 I left the bank to pursue my interest in the investment financial field at Charles Schwab where I was on the incoming Stock Plan member team.

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, I do like golf, but my sport of choice is football, and I am a diehard Atlanta Falcons fan. My love of the pro game extends to fantasy football, too, because I can feel first-hand what it’s like to win. I am a wife and a new mother to Jameson, our handsome little toddler. In my free time I love to kick box at the gym, hike, and cook.

My first inkling of a career in financial services came when I graduated from high school and got a 4H scholarship to the Art Institute of Atlanta for Culinary Management. I quickly realized that career direction for me was more like “Hell’s Kitchen Bootcamp”, so I quickly changed my major and career path to finance.
