The Wrigley Group at Morgan Stanley

Our Mission Statement
We help ambitious professionals achieve and
sustain financial freedom for themselves and
their families.
sustain financial freedom for themselves and
their families.
The Pursuit and Enjoyment of Financial Freedom
The Wrigley Group at Morgan Stanley is a wealth management team based in Phoenix, Arizona and serving clients nationally with a concentration in Phoenix, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Denver. Backed by the comprehensive resources of Morgan Stanley, we were founded in 2017 with the purpose of helping clients create their unique path to financial freedom for themselves and their families – and once freedom is reached, to sustain it.
“Potential clients ask us to describe the uniqueness of working with our team,” says Co-founder and Financial Advisor Lance Eaton. “The answer is our joint pursuit of financial freedom for each client. We help our clients manage their financial lives in a way that helps them raise the confidence they have in their financial future. When I can tell a couple, who has worked incredibly hard all their lives, that they can retire three years earlier than expected, it’s so rewarding. Moments like this are very meaningful to us and are why we do this work.”
When prospective clients have an initial meeting with The Wrigley Group, we learn about them and they learn about the benefits of being served by a team with more than 125 years of collective experience. “We are intensely collaborative,” says fellow Co-founder and Portfolio Associate Christopher LaPaglia. Whereas many advisors start by touting their credentials and services, The Wrigley Group advisors begin with listening and learning.
“As a team that serves as our client’s financial guides, we always start with empathetic listening”, says Financial Advisor Asif Ahmed. “That’s because we’re committed to understanding each client’s future vision and their perspectives on life and financial well-being – before we do anything else. From there, we co-design with clients to create a freedom plan designed to create well-being for them and their families and navigate the twists and turns along the way.”

About Autumn Bregante
As the newest member of The Wrigley Group at Morgan Stanley, I joined because of our shared passion serving clients and their families and helping them on their path to financial freedom. I bring to the team my experience in caring for C-Suite executives regarding their Executive Compensation.
My experience and skill came from within Morgan Stanley where I worked since 2019 with the Executive Services team who are all about providing white glove service to Executives to help them manage and make the most of their compensation.
As a native Georgian, I uprooted to Arizona in 2011 to live closer to my dad and start a new adventure. That’s when I began my career in caring for people and their financial well-being. I served as a branch manager at the Texas-based, First Convenience Bank in Arizona. Their motto is “Putting Customers First Since 1901”, and that’s exactly what I lead my teams to do in multiple branch locations. In 2017 I left the bank to pursue my interest in the investment financial field at Charles Schwab where I was on the incoming Stock Plan member team.
Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, I do like golf, but my sport of choice is football, and I am a diehard Atlanta Falcons fan. My love of the pro game extends to fantasy football, too, because I can feel first-hand what it’s like to win. I am a wife and a new mother to Jameson, our handsome little toddler. In my free time I love to kick box at the gym, hike, and cook.
My first inkling of a career in financial services came when I graduated from high school and got a 4H scholarship to the Art Institute of Atlanta for Culinary Management. I quickly realized that career direction for me was more like “Hell’s Kitchen Bootcamp”, so I quickly changed my major and career path to finance.
