The best relationships are built on trust, understanding and shared values. Discipline and patience mold our investment philosophy and are critical to achieving your goals. To that end, we are committed to the following core values that serve as the foundation of our practice:
    Icon Image

We are dedicated to building longstanding relationships with you and those closest to you. By working with a select group of individuals and families, we are able to dedicate the time, energy and personalized service each client deserves. We are committed to guiding you through every financial challenge you face by maintaining this close relationship and providing the strategies necessary to keeping you on course to achieving your specific goals.
    Icon Image
    Transparency
We pledge to educate you about our process each step of the way. Most of our clients compensate us by paying a fee, based on a percentage of their assets. All fees and expenses will be clearly outlined to you ahead of time.
    Icon Image
    A Focus on Collaboration
Because we believe you are entitled to the best advice possible, we’ve assembled a group of highly skilled professionals whose number one priority is you. As your wealth managers, we review your complete financial picture and help identify any gaps. When appropriate, we consult with specialists, including your own tax accountant and attorney, in order to deliver the most appropriate recommendations.
    Icon Image
    Investment in Your Future
As our relationship grows over time, we hope you will come to regard us as a valued resource — trusted stewards who can help you make more informed decisions on any financial issue. Our hope is that every client feels comfortable recommending our services to their closest friends and family. We have been guiding families since 1986, proudly serving many for three generations.
    Icon Image
    Areas We Provide Guidance:
    • Managing a life-changing event with confidence, such as the death of a spouse, divorce or leaving a job
    • Planning for a successful retirement
    • Managing risk across all holdings
    • Diversifying highly concentrated positions in a tax-efficient manner
    • Preparing children, emotionally and intellectually, to manage wealth
    • Creating a legacy plan to preserve family harmony as well as assets
    • Achieving philanthropic goals
    Icon Image
    Our Clients Include:
    • Financially successful individuals
    • Multigenerational private wealth families
    • Retirees and individuals planning for retirement
    • Physicians, engineers and other professionals
    • Business leaders and technology entrepreneurs
    • Children and grandchildren of our current clients

Our Process

Our disciplined, values-based approach is designed to focus on your unique set of goals. By following these four comprehensive steps, we are able to recommend and implement appropriate solutions to help you achieve – and maintain – financial success for you and your family.
    Icon Image
Step 1: Getting to Know You
An informal phone conversation will help us understand your financial concerns and determine whether we can add value to your situation. If we both feel there is a comfortable fit, we will arrange an in-person meeting to learn about you in more depth.
    Icon Image
Step 2: Goal Setting and Discovery
In this step we will actually take a financial inventory of all of your assets and liabilities to determine where you currently are – your “Point A.” Then we can focus on what your most important goals are – your “Point B.” The plan will illustrate how we get you from “Point A to Point B.”
    Icon Image
Step 3: Presentation of Your Custom Plan
In this important step, we will outline a comprehensive set of recommendations designed to optimize your chances of reaching your particular goals. With attention to detail, we’ll determine a suitable asset allocation mix, select appropriate portfolio managers and investments, as well as identify specific tax-efficient strategies. Opening the appropriate accounts occurs once you agree with the strategy.
    Icon Image
Step 4: Ongoing Review and Communication
Once we execute your plan, we’ll set up a variety of tools to ensure you have convenient access to your accounts. We may also reach out to your CPA and estate attorney to discuss any tax issues and to ensure that the strategies we recommend are appropriately coordinated with your attorney’s advice. Finally, because personal objectives change and investment strategies evolve, we’ll meet regularly with you to review and rebalance as needed.
