It is with heavy hearts that we remember our colleague and friend, Donald Chamberlain, who passed away unexpectedly. Though his time with our team was far too short, his impact was profound.

Don joined Morgan Stanley with a passion for helping others achieve financial security and peace of mind. His dedication, integrity, and warmth made an immediate and lasting impression on both colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional expertise, Don was known for his love of golf—a game he cherished for both its challenge and camaraderie. Whether sharing a friendly round on the course or discussing strategy over the 19th hole, he found joy in every swing and lesson the game provided. Don fell asleep each night replaying his rounds of golf in his head, hole by hole, stroke by stroke, putt by putt. He remembered every shot.

While we deeply mourn his loss, we also celebrate the legacy Don leaves behind. His commitment to service, his ability to connect with people, and his genuine enthusiasm for life and the sport he loved will continue to inspire us as we carry forward his spirit in our work.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Don will always be a part of our Morgan Stanley family, and we will honor his memory by continuing the work he so deeply cared about.

    Don is a NJ state certified Level 2 volunteer Firefighter with South Wall Fire Rescue in Wall Township, NJ responding to calls for help 24/7 365 whenever outside the office.

Meet The Witkowski Gill Group

About Donald J. Witkowski

Don is a Senior Vice President and founding partner of The Witkowski Gill Group at Morgan Stanley.  Don began his career in financial services in 1992, became a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1996 and in March of 2017, Don and his team joined the Morgan Stanley family in Red Bank.  A 1992 graduate of the University of Delaware with a  BA in English, Business and Technical Writing, Don received his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation in 2007 from the College of Financial Planning. 

Don helps clients develop and implement long-term financial strategies designed to align with their lifetime and legacy goals.  His greatest reward comes from educating clients, creating clarity around their complex financial issues and helping them gain direction in their financial well-being.  Outside of work, Don is actively involved with his Alma Mater where he currently serves as an Advisory Board Member to the Lerner School of Business, frequently mentoring and advising financial planning students.  When not at home or work Don is also an active volunteer with South Wall Fire Rescue where he is a state-certified Firefighter.  Don and his wife of 21 years have 2 children and reside in Wall Township.

About Glen P. Gill

Glen joined Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a client service representative in the Retirement Group and quickly became a registered client associate and now Financial Advisor with The Witkowski Gill Group.  His client service background makes Glen a strong advocate for the Group's dedicated team approach to client services.  He enjoys helping clients discover targeted ways to pursue their goals.  In 2016,  Glen received his Charted Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the American College of Financial Services.  In addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, he can draw from his experience to help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing custom investment strategies, selecting from a wide range of Morgan Stanley model portfolios and third-party investment strategies.  As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Glen services clients through the firm's Consulting Group, managing those strategies on a discretionary basis.

His passions include fitness, playing hockey, coaching youth hockey and traveling with family and friends.  Glen resides in Middletown with is wife and three children.

About Yon W. Siciliano

Yon takes great pride in her role as a registered senior client associate and sees quality service as a critical factor in maintaining client relationships and high client satisfaction.  She strives to develop strong relationships with clients, and to deliver a high level of customer service enthusiastically and in a timely manner with a highly responsive and engaging approach.  Yon also stays up-to-date on technology that can facilitate the client experience.

Yon is an avid runner and enjoys participating in races along the Jersey Shore.  She also has a passion for art, which she expresses through calligraphy and drawing.  She spends most of her free time with her family and friends, especially at Asbury Park beach during the summer.  Yon and her husband reside in Neptune with their three children.

About Kathy Whitacre

Kathy Whitacre has more than 36 years of financial services experience, which began on the institutional side of the business in 1988. She is a fully registered member of the team but her focus is primarily on the Administrative side. She specializes in client outreach and relationship management. Kathy is a people person and enjoys spending time listening to and getting to know each client in order to help them create a customized strategy and keep that strategy on track. She works directly alongside the FAs in order to measure each clients progress and make adjustments based on the client’s changing needs and goals. Offering hands-on guidance, Kathy enjoys making a difference in clients’ lives by helping them progress toward their goals. Kathy, her husband Mike and their two sons live in Oceanport NJ. Kathy is a founding Board Member of KidsGive NJ, a Shore based non-profit who’s mission is to inspire, support and execute kid-driven volunteer opportunities. She loves travel, gardening, reading, skiing, anything related to the beach and loves watching her son Jackson play football.

Anthony Viskovic is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New Jersey.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Anthony began his career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Regional Lending Advisor. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Internal Banking Consultant at UBS Financial Services.

Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He lives in Ocean, New Jersey with his family. Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys being active, cooking, traveling and spending time with his family.
